I knocked on Jims door, i was holding flowers. And his favorite, Sunny D. "He- Oh hey y/n, wasnt expecting you to show up." I thought Jim would answer, but its his mom instead. "Hi Ms Caroll, is Jim here?" "Mom, whos at the door?" I heard Jim coming, hes loud. "Its Y/n, Jim!" Hes so loud, i heard him running. "Hi baby!" Jim kisses me on the cheek. "Hi my love! Ready for the big game?" "Yes, obviously. Are those flowers?" Jim asks sarcastically, he obviously knows, he just wont say he knows. "Yes Jim. Didnt forget the Sunny D either." "Woah y/n, you really know me well, anyway, you deserve another kiss." Hes always so generous. He gave me a kiss on the lips, then put the flowers and Sunny D on the table."Ooh, Jim got some flowers from y/n." Pedro says. "Lovebirds." Neutron adds to Pedros sentence. "Shut up, both of you." Jim says. "Come here y/n, i love you too much to let you go." I get super close to Jim and we start hugging. "Anyway, it makes me sad to say this, but i gotta get to the gym alright hun?" "Okay, bye Jim. Ill be in the front on the right, remember that."

15 MINUTES LATER (jims pov)

i took some d*ugs thinking it would help me during the game to score all shots. pedro pulled them out of his locker and gave them to me and mickey. "you know, you guys really shouldnt be taking that. it wont help at all." neutron spoke. "we already put them in our mouths neutron, its too late." i said. we walked out, already starting to get lightheaded. as soon as the whistle was blown with me having the ball, i tried to keep track of it but i lost it from a boy from the other school. i ended up with control of the ball, about to score, atleast i thought. and once it missed, i blanked out.

20 MINUTES AFTER THE GAME STARTS (y/ns pov)

jim didnt look fine at all, st vitus was losing, which iv never seen at all. jim is the star of his team and our school kept cheering him and the other guys on. jim shot the ball and tried to send it through the hoop. and it happened. jim fell to the floor and blanked.

"SHIT, Y/N COME ON!" Neutron screams at me."Jim! Jim, can you hear me? Jim, please talk please!" I lay him on my lap as tears start streaming down my face. "Jim please wake up!" I screamed so loud everyone heard me and it echoed the down the gym. "Jim, do you hear any of us?!" Me, Neutron and Pedro were all screaming. "Pedro, you do cpr, Neutron, call Jims mom! NOW!" Pedro starts doing cpr, Neutron runs and gets his moms  attention. "Jim please! I need you! Stay please!" I couldn't keep my tears away, he was so pale and i started turning red. I checked his pulse, it was coming back slowly. "Pedro! His pulse, i felt it moving! Faster!" Jim woke up and started to cough. "JIM!" "W-wheres Neutron?..." I felt so much better. "Hes calling your mom, just stay still and dont move, im right here." Jim grabs my shoulder to sit up and lays on it. "Can you see me?" "Yes... wheres my m-" Jims mom comes running towards him, "Jim are you alright? I was worried sick!" I felt how relived she felt. "Yes, mom im alright. Y/n, Neutron and Pedro saved my life, if they werent here, i wouldnt be talking to you guys." Jims mom hugged him. "Thank you guys for saving him, especially you y/n. Without him having you, he doesnt know what he would do." "Your welcome." Me and his mom held him up and put him in the car, drove home, and we chilled and watched tv, while, obviously Jim couldnt stop smelling the flowers and had his Sunny D.
