now onto the story

i was in class waiting for it to end and to go wait for jim at the basketball court. i was zoning out when suddenly the bell rung. i ran out to the basketball court, knowing jim would be 3 minutes behind. i was texting my mom since she asked what time ill be home. i told her i was staying the night at jims. moments later i hear a sad voice walk out of the other school beside ours. i looked and it was jim that was walking towards me. he looks so down. "jim, what happened are you alright?" i asked. "noo... im sleepy and unmotivated to do anything but cuddle with you." he said in a low voice. "lets go to your house where you can sleep then." i stand up and we start walking  to his. "i have a basketball game tomorrow" jim said. "im going, whos it against?" i asked. "st. vincent" "your gonna shoot most shots. ik it." i heard a group of boys running. they were jims friends. "jim why would you leave us?" mickey said. "because man, im tired and overwhelmed from coach." we turned to his house. he  grabbed his keys and unlocks the door when his mom is in the kitchen cooking something. "hey jim, how was school?" his mom asked. "boring, tiring and stressful." he replies. "well how about you and y/n rest on the couch?" i lead him over to the couch where he gets on my lap and hugs me. "i love you." i tell him. "love you too." leading him to fall asleep.
