CHAPTER 10: CHANCE

FREEN'S POV:-

"I love you~" Becky buries her face on my chest and lets out her loud sobs.

"I feel that you do as well so please g-give m-me a chance that we're m-meant to be together~". She talks
through her sobs and stares at me deeply making me fall into her stares.

"B-Bec~" The only word that came out of my mouth.

"Sarocha~" She holds my hand tightly.

"I may have flirted with other boys and girls out there but honestly, I've never been this soft before". Becky stated while still staring at me, to let me know she's sincere. I know she is~

"So?" I responded with a cold gaze letting her sigh and say

"Can you please give me a chance? I mean let's get to know each other more. Please?"  Becky shakes my hand with her puppy eyes. I sigh and look at her~.
If I'll accept her then her life will be in grave danger. I need to put some things first. I can't do this!

"Stop". I whisper and grab my hand, leaving as fast as I can before I'll let all of my feelings out. I need to rest myself for her sake, for my sake and for our hearts sake.

"FREEN WAIT!" Becky shouts while I run out of our campus, through a bunch of students who are late for their afternoon class.

"FREEN!" I continue to run towards my car when someone
holds my arm.

"Hey Freen, want to join me and Noey. You know double date?" Irin speaks with a bright smile on her face. I frown and grab my arm then enter my car
when Becky was running towards my place.

"Yah! What's wrong with you!" I heard Noey shouting.

"YAH FREEN!" Becky stops infront of my car, making me unable to drive out of my parking space. I groan then start my engine, wearing seatbelt, attempting to scare her, when the passenger door opens. Becky smirks and hops in.

"HOW DID YO-" Becky grabs my face and kiss me aggressively to cut my words off. I didn't respond so she move away and said.

"I love you Sarocha~" Ugh! That phrase always make me weak! How dare you Patricia Armstrong!

"Let's have a talk somewhere else" I sigh and look away, I can feel my cheeks heating up but good thing. I know how to not be that obvious.

"Seatbelt~" I coldly told Becky.

"Thank you Freen~" Becky gives me smile after wearing her seatbelt. I sigh and drove off, forgetting our afternoon class.

BECKY'S POV:-

"Hmm~" I inhale the fresh air breeze. Freen brought me to a park and we're sitting near the river. It's been 2 hours since we arrived and Freen didn't talked
at all but just stare at the river.

"Tell me, why do you love me?"
Oh she finally spoke! I guess she
noticed me~

"It just happened"I shrug my
shoulders and look at Freen who's looking at me as well, I take a deep breath and continued

"You know, the feeling that I want to hold onto you forever. You make my heart flutter even with you caring small gestures.
I also love your soft strawberry lips and big brown eyes".

"You're confessing". Freen stated coldly and look away.

"Of course I amn! I may be a
billionaire's daughter but I'm still doing this because I love you! I'm so desperate to make you mine Freen! Just
give me a chance". I said seriously. Jeez! How can I speak like this with no shame?!

"I-" I didn't continue to speak and look down when Freen chuckles, making me look up in shock.

"Did you just laugh?" I ask excitedly.

"No" She sits up and turns back into her cold state.

"But you just-"

"You tried to get some information about me so you sent someone to follow me right?" She asks coldly making me look down, Is this the end of
me?

"I j-just want to know more about you". I confessed with a tiny voice.

"Then stop that shit!" Freen raises her voice a little making me nod quickly.

"I'm sorry, I won't bother yo-"

"Stop". Freen cups my face and presses her lips on mine. Making me shock and my heart skip a beat~ I was about to respond when she breaks away and
stand up the said.

"I'm giving you a chance".

"Really?!" I give out my biggest gummy smile, watching Freen leaning on the metal rails to get close to the river.

"Thank you! I love you Bunny!" I skip my way to her place and hug her tight. I saw her smile slightly and turns to my body, giving me a warm hug.

"Let's go on a dinner date?" I look up at Freen and smile. Freen agrees and hold my hand then spoke.

"I know a place".

FREEN'S POV:-

"Thank you for today Bunny". Becky holds my hand and kiss my cheeks as I open the door for her. It's 11 in the evening, we went to have dinner, at the park and some dessert.

"You live in a condo?" I look at the luxurious tall building, infront of me.

"I don't want to live alone in a palace". Becky replies as she rolls her eyes.

"I see~, anyways see you at-- I mean I'll fetch you tomorrow" I stated coldly.

"Really?!" Becky flashes her big smile for the nth time tonight.

"Yes, get inside now and sleep tight" I said and walk to the driver's side.

"Won't you come inside?" Becky asks but I just ignore her and hop in my car.

"Wait! Freen can I have your num-" I close my door before Becky finishes and drive off.

"Aish! I'm so rude! But I need to be like this first, she can't fall for me deeper for now".I said to myself.

"Don't worry Becky, I'll make things right for you. I promise to keep you safe until I can~" I smile and look at the picture we took in the photobooth.

"I love you, always and forever Rebecca Patricia Armstrong~".
