Nat's POV:

"Oh you've got to be kidding me." I say while staring at my phone.

Natalia

*Shows Natalia on the couch in her living room looking down at her phone until she realizes the camera is rolling then looking up with a smile.*

"I guess you could call me a nepo baby, since my parents have connections and money. I'm perfectly fine with owning up to that. I'm an actress, model, and CEO of Nattie Cosmetics. I also run Natalia's Creations, my fashion brand, which is my real baby but, let's be honest, it's a lot of work. I live in L.A. and I'm the youngest of the Pritchetts. Yep, that's me."

*looks back at the phone*

"Anywayyyyyy, I've been dating this guy since I graduated college last year at 18. Yesterday, he broke up with me, saying, 'You're just too young for me, but we can still have fun.' And now, I see him on Instagram... ENGAGED!!! WE BROKE UP YESTERDAY!!!"

*Takes a deep breath*

"I'm calm now, no need to worry. But if you see me on the news, just know..."

"Can you guys actually believe he did this to me?" I say, crying into my phone on FaceTime with my three best friends since middle school, who are scattered God knows where, across the globe.

"I know heartbreaks hurt, but you just have to pick yourself back up," Dana says.

"Yeah, what she said," Reece adds. Everyone shoots her a look. "Sorry, I've just never been through this before."

"Y'all are being too nice. Why don't you come out to Egypt with me? There are a lot of fine men here," Ashley suggests.

"I just want to eat key lime pie and watch romcoms."

"Absolutely not," Ashley says firmly. "You need to get back out there so he doesn't think he broke you."

"I'm/she's not broken," Reece and I say at the same time.

*knock knock*

"Hey, I'm gonna have to call you guys later. Love you, babes!"

I hung up and dashed to the door, wondering who'd be knocking at this hour.

When I opened the door, I was surprised to see my dad standing there.

"Oh, hey Dad. Didn't expect to see you here. This early."

"It's 2pm..." he said, pulling me into a tight hug.

"I woke up an hour ago," I said, making a face as I caught a whiff of him. "Ew, you smell like sweat. Don't transfer that to me."

"That's because I was at Manny's soccer game. The kid got distracted by a 16-year-old on a bike. Not a car, a bike," he said, rolling his eyes. "If Gloria seems upset, it's because of a soccer mom. Nothing to do with me."
