MOM'S P.O.V:

Well, here I am, in the kitchen bawling my eyes out (I'm pretty sure you can assume *sniffle* why...)

I feel that if Courtney's gone, I need to be gone with her. But, I still have to be here for Jane and Chase (Jane's older brother).

I, I just don't know what to do any more...

My husband, Bruce is never around, since...You know.....
I feel like he's trying to run away from the pain, but he really needs to understand that you can't run away from sadness, you just need to get some help. Seeing a councilor a view times a week wouldn't hurt. If only he knew that...

I just want to forget this ever happened.

10 minutes later:

Well, I've decided to go to one of those people who can see futures and talk to the dead.

"You have lost someone, a...a daughter, in a ....fire. Coutney, yes, that was her name, Courtney."
"Am I right?" She asks, you can hear the sadness in her voice
"Yes..." I answer, my voice so cracky you can tell I'm about to cry.
"-a spirit is trying to connect with me, its, its Courtney..., should I accept the invitation to communicate with her?"
"Of course!!!" I yell, even though this kind of stuff usually scares me, I'll do anything that gives me one last chance to talk to one of my babies.

"Mommy, is that you?"
"Yes baby, its me, mommy's here."
Even though I can't see her, I can just tell its her because of that courageous beauty in her voice.
"Oh my gosh, mom I missed you so much, along with Jane, Chase, And daddy, where are they? You didn't bring them?"
"No, Sweety, its just me today, but one day, we'll all come together."
"Tell them I said hi, and that I love and miss them so much, so much it hurts."
"Okay, I'll tell them. Janey is still positive that there was something else that day when the fire broke out, was there?"
"I don't remember much of it, but I think I saw a man, a big man wearing all black looking through the window, and when I went outside to get a better look, he wasn't there, and when I came back inside, there was a giant fire in the kitchen, I don't remember anything else, so I assume that that's when I passed."
