"Is this sir Nagami?" A old man's voice came through the landline of his workplace. Yamato Yamagumi hold the phone near his ear as he massaged his forehead with his other hand. "Yes" he answered short.
"I'm calling regarding your child sir! Nagami didn't come to school for three days and there isn't any news from you! Is Nagami ok? It's a sensitive time sir, with exams and all." The man on the other end of the phone explained."Yes I understand. I'll take care of it." Yamato said and hang up the phone. He didn't give the time for teacher to answer nor did he say goodbye. He's always been that way. He doesn't like wasting time on unnecessary things. He was kind of mad on his secretary for contacting such a useless call to his room. He was gonna give him a piece of his mind when he headed back home.
The man took a deep breath to shake the thought and got back to his work.*

*When clock showed some minutes over midnight the door to their shared bedroom clicked open and his husband walked in.
She sat up in the big bed and greeted him. He took off his necktie and throw it into the ground, then slid down his suit jacket off of his shoulders. He sat down on the bedside with his back to his wife, without answering her greeting. That was when she knew he's mad at her. She immediately came down from the bed and walked to the other side of the bed sit next to her husband.
"Is something the matter my love?" She whispered with a sweet voice.
"Can't you even take care of your child? What kind of mother are you?" He looks at her. His eyes slightly red."What happened?"
"Are you asking me?"
"Who should I ask?"
"Your child maybe!" They weren't arguing but their voice sounded like they're. The woman looked at his man waiting for his explanation. Yamato clicked his tongue, putting his elbows on his legs as he hold his face with his hands."I don't know what you do in this house all day! You have one responsibility and you can't even do that!" He raised his head and looked at his wife again. "That child didn't showed up to school for a few days" he said with a deafening tone.
The woman avoided the eye contact and looked at the door as she started talking. "That's because of an illness"
"What illness? You should at least let the school know about it!""I think the school isn't good enough. You should consider a private school over this one" she looks back at him. Yamato let out a irritated chuckle. He knew his wife very well she was against sending their kid to a public school from the beginning and she might be planning all of this just to get what she wants.
"We're not changing the school" he said as he stood up and walked out of their room to the elevator, his wife following him.He pressed the first floor button and the door closes. He looks at the door in front of him with a stiff look on his face. She was about to insist more about the school but after she saw the look on his face, she close her mouth.
They arrived to the first floor and walked to their child's bedroom. Yamato snap opened the door without knocking.
