Part 8

For the last 8 months Kelly and Stella have been playing London and Paris's 18th birthday party. The party was held at a local event venue, decorated with balloons, streamers, and glittering lights. The twins were so excited to have their friends and family with them to celebrate a big milestone of their lives. The twins, dressed in their best outfits, greeted their guests with beaming smiles and warm hugs. "Thank you for coming." The said to each guest they welcomed in. "I can't believe our little girls are officially adults now." Stella said, hugging Kelly. "I remember when they were just born." Kelly said, "I remember holding them for the first time." Kelly said, almost tearing up. "Me too, me too." Stella said. The highlight of the party was the music and dance floor. Stella and Kelly hired a DJ to play their favorite songs, and everyone was on their feet, dancing and having a great time. The twins were fantastic dancers, and they led the way, showing off their moves and encouraging others to join in. That's exactly what everyone did, everyone ended up on the dance floor before 1:30. After dancing the afternoon away, everyone was hungry. "Let's go ahead and do food, please help yourselves. We have pizza, wings, and sandwiches." Stella said. "Thank you, momma." London said. "You're welcome, baby." Stella said.
A crowd began around the table of food, people laughing, and talking. Once everyone sat with their food, Stella and Kelly stood up and tapped on their glasses with a butter knife. "Good afternoon everyone, and welcome to our girls 18th birthday party! We can hardly believe that our girls has reached this milestone age, and we're incredibly proud of the person they've become." Stella said. " As parents, we've watched our girls grow and mature over the years, and it's been an incredible journey. We remember the days when they were just a baby, and we were sleep-deprived and overwhelmed, wondering how we were going to make it through." Kelly said. "But we did make it through, and we've watched our girls go from crawling to walking, from speaking their first words to writing their first essays. We've seen them make friends, learn new skills, and develop their own passions and interests." Stella said. "Now, as our girls turns 18, we're excited to see them embark on the next chapter of their life. They're no longer children, but young adults with their whole lives ahead of them. We know that they're going to do great things, and we can't wait to see what the future holds." Kelly said. "Of course, we also know that there will be challenges along the way. Life is full of ups and downs, and there will be times when our child will face obstacles and setbacks. But we want them to know that we'll always be here for them, no matter what. We'll be their biggest cheerleaders, their confidantes, and their support system." Stella said. "So, on this special day, we want to wish our child a happy 18th birthday, and to let them know how much we love them. We're excited to see where their journey takes them, and we know that they're going to make us proud. Here's to a bright and exciting future! We love you, ladies." Kelly said. "Thank you, mommy and daddy. We love you too." Paris said.
"We actually have one last thing we want to share with London and Paris." Stella said. "Come up here, princesses." Kelly said. The girls walked up to their parents, and stood next to them. Matt Casey walked into the room with a medium sized box. Matt sat the box down on the table. "May we open it?" Paris asked. "You may." Kelly said. The girls worked together and opened the box. Inside the box laid 2 plane tickets to Europe and a letter. The girls shouted out of excitement and then hugged their parents. "We're going to Europe!" They shouted. "For a month." Kelly said. "Everything is covered, hotel, food, and transportation." Stella said. "And we will give you an emergency credit card for emergencies only." Kelly said. "Thank you, thank you, thank you." The twins said, hugging their parents again.
The twins 18th birthday party was a joyful celebration of their coming of age. It was a day filled with love, laughter, and happy memories. The twins' parents had planned everything perfectly, making it an unforgettable event.
