It was a beautiful day out and Jake woke up tired. Why was he tired? Because he had to go to school. He's known for having good grades and being nice to everyone. But the boy isn't as perfect as everybody thought he was.

His parents never liked each other and screamed at each other everyday. They wanted Jake to go by his Korean name, Jaeyun because they think it sounds better than Jake.

They don't even know that the male is into guys and Jake thinks it's better that way.

I better get to class so that I don't become late.

Jake was walking to school when suddenly he saw the troublemaker, Jay.

"Park Jongseong?" Jake questioned.

The boy looked up and said, "What do you want, Jaeyun?"

"Nothing! I was just wondering if you wanna walk to school with me." The younger asked.

"I guess we can." Jay told the boy in an annoyed tone.

They arrived at school and Jay parted ways with Jake.

"Are you seriously skipping again?" The shorter asked the older.

"Yes." Jay told Jake coldly and then walked away from him.

"Hello there, Jaeyun. Glad to see you're on time as always," The teacher said happily.

Jake smiled and bowed at the teacher before going to his seat.

After class was over, the teacher stopped Jake and told her to make sure Jay comes to class.

"Jaeyun, can you tell Jongseong to come to class next time?"

"Of course."

That's easier said than done. That tall boy wouldn't possibly come to class. He's too mean for that.

Jake went to go find Jay and noticed a shadow figure was standing in the janitor's closet.

Yah, Park Jongseong. Are you here?"

Jake tripped on something and the shadow figure caught him by grabbing his waist.

"You're so clumsy Sim Jaeyun," Jay smirked at the male.

"Thanks for catching me or else I would've broken all my bones." Jake chuckled at himself.

"So what did you come in here for?" The older one asked him.

"Long story short, the teacher wanted me to tell you to come to class at least once." The shorter one explained while looking up at Jay.

"Fine. I guess one day couldn't hurt."

Jake smiled widely at Jay which made the male's heart flutter.

What are you doing to me Jaeyun?

Jay smiled back at Jake. They both stared at each other's beautiful brown irises.

The two boys got startled after they heard banging on the door. Jay held onto Jake's waist tighter and shushed him while looking deeply into his eyes. Jake's heart started beating faster after Jay's sudden action.

"Shut your mouth."

Jake nodded while moving closer to the older.

The two boys heard the footsteps walk away and Jay quickly removed his hands from Jake's waist.

"Do you always stay in here whenever you skip?" Jake asked the boy. Jay nodded and didn't say anything.

Jake opened the door and once again, he fell. Luckily, Jay was there to catch him once again.
