Amarie
I dropped every thing in my hands and froze for a second. I walked as fast as I could next door and Tyler met my at the front of the store. He looked very worried and he was holding Damien tightly in his arms.
"Amarie I'm so sorry I don't know what happened, I turned my back for one second and they were gone. I looked all around the store and I didn't find them anywhere, I even asked the store if they seen them anywhere and no one has seen them. I even called the police over forty minutes ago and they haven't been here yet. Amarie what did I do?!" His eyes began to get teary.
"I don't know Ty, I don't know." Damien began to cry and I grabbed him from Tyler, trying to calm him. "You keep looking, look everywhere. I'll try to see the surveillance tapes."
Tyler nodded and ran off. I went to the front of the store and the manager showed me the tapes. We looked over the tapes for a while no one look suspicious. We finally got some where, a figure that seemed to be a man wearing a hood to cover his head was seen walking out of the store with two little boys, the boys were Corahn and Trenton.
I called Tyler and he looked over the tape. Tears rolled down his cheeks as he watched the figure walk out of the store with the boys.
I continued to watch the tape, my phone began to ring. It was Jhene.
"Hello." I answered.
"Amarie, where are Trenton and Corahn?" She sounded like she was panicking. "Amarie someone from a block number just sent me a picture of the boys. Where are they!?"
"Jhene, I'm so sorry! I lost the boys, I turned around and they were gone. Damien is safe with us, we will find them I promise." I was on the verge of crying.
"I absolutely cannot fucking believe this! We're on our way!" Jhene yelled and hung up.

After another 15 minutes, the police finally showed up. I was beyond angry and so was Tyler. The two officers apologized and Tyler told them everything and even showed them the surveillance tapes.
"Looks like we have a kidnapping here." Officer Carl said. "Or a case of bad parenting."
"Are you serious right now? You seen the tape and all you have to say is it's a kidnapping and were bad parents?" I was pissed. "If I didn't need your help right now I would- "
Jhene and Hodgy ran into the store, Jhene's eyes were filled with anger. Tyler showed them the surveillance tape.
"Wait I know that guy, I think his names was Trey or Ray, something like that. That's Courtney's cousin, he was in jail just last year. See I can tell by the tattoos on his hand." Hodgy became angry. He told the police officer and he went with him to Courtney's house.
"Jhene, I'm sorry. I didn't know this would happen." I tried to comfort her but she pushed me away from her.
She shook her head and got into her car and drove off.
