I woke to the sound of my alarm . It was Monday , my first day at Oakley High School . This was our new start , we could start something new . I picked up my phone , it read '5:00PM' . I quickly got up and headed to Jhene's bed to wake her but , she was gone . Jhene walked in the room fully dressed and smiling .
Jhene ; " Looking for me ? Girl you're late , hurry up and get dressed , Hodgy is driving us . I want to be early for my first day , surprising right ? "
Me ; " Ugh ... Yea . "
I quickly got out of bed , headed to the bathroom and did my hygiene . I went back to my room , I wore a Tie - Dye shirt , high waisted jeans , and some of Jhene's Jordan 5s . There was a knock at the door .
- Jhene POV -
There was a knock at the door . I ran downstairs and quickly opened the door . A tall dark skin nigga , with big ass ears , gave me an awkward smile .
??? ; " Umm , where's Hodgy ? I'm Tyler , Wolf Haley . "
Me ; " I'm Jhene Lee . Hodgy Is upstairs getting dressed . You can wait down here if ya want . "
Tyler ; " Ugh ... Sure . "

Was this the girl Hodg was talking about ? She was cute , Shit . Am I crushing on this random bitch ? Nah , I can't be ... or am I ?
Jhene ; " Umm Hello ? You there Tyler ? " She waved her hand in my face .
Me ; " Oh , sorry I was a - a - a ... "
Damn , this girl got me sprung . I was frozen , I didn't know what to say . This has never happened to me before .
Jhene ; " Hey fag . Hodgy is waiting for you upstairs . You've been starring at me for like an hour dude . Are you okay ? "
My mouth opened . I just ran upstairs to Hodgy's room and shut the door quickly .

I walked down the hall with Amarie to the office . I could feel everyone starring at us . Amarie grabbed my should , letting me know to calm down . I did . We walked to the office .
Ms. Office Bitch ; " Ah you two must be Amarie and Jenni Lee ... "
Me ; " Its Jhene . Miss Lady . "
Miss Lady Bitch ; " My fault . I'm Mrs . Cook , one of the three councilors . Here are your schedules , locker combination , and school maps . "
Amarie ; " Thank you Mrs . Cook , we really appreciate it . "
We walked out of her office and the lunch bell rang . Amarie and I went to find our lockers .
The was a light skin dude with big lips , a tall guy , a guy with an Afro , a fat dude with a ninja turtle shirt , Tyler , and Hodgy standing right in front of our lockers .
Me ; " Um , excuse me niggas ... this is my locker , you need to move . "
Light skin with big lips ; " Oh sorry cutie , I'm Thebe but call me Earl Nigga . "
Tall guy ; " Hodgy , this the fine girl you was talking a about ? You right nigga . Well , ladies , call me left brain . " His voice was deep .
They moved out of the way and Amarie and I put our things in our locker . We went to get lunch , the guys followed us .
Amarie ; " Why are they following us ?! " She whispered .
I shrugged .
Amarie and I got a lunch and sat at a random table . I looked around , the guys were no where in sight . A skinny white bitch walked up to my sister and I .
White bitch ; " Who are you to ? you must be new cause you ovbi don't know that this us my table . You're dismissed , black girls . "
Oh hell naw ! She just called me black girl ! There was FIRE in my eyes , I guess she seen I was mad because she backed up .
I got up , faced the white girl . I balled my fists , I was just about to Sharkeisha her ass . When I pulled my hands up , Amarie grabbed me quickly and pulled me back down . She looked mad , I could tell .
White girl ; " That's what I thought ... "
??? ; " Leave them alone Haley . Always tryna mess with someone , wait until someone beats your ass . "
Haley ; " Whatever Fransis . They should know better , but ill leave . This is a warning girl ! "
" Bye bitch " , I whispered .
The guy sat down with Amarie and I . All the boys reappeared and sat at our table .
Fransis ; " Hey I'm Fransis , but call me Frank . I see you met everyone else . This is Earl , LB , Taco , Jasper , Tyler , Hodgy , and Me , Frank . "
Me ; " Well I'm Jhene and this is my sister Amarie . "
The bell rang to go home and we were out , Amarie and I decided to walk home . We took the long way so we could look around LA too .
- Amarie POV -
I felt someone's hands grab my waist . I turned around quickly and slapped them . Jhene started busting up laughing .
??? ; " Ow , what was that for ? " Holding his face .
Me ; " Why are you touching me , Hodgy . I don't know you like that nigga . "
Hodgy ; " Shit , you hit hard . *whispers* Thass why I like your sister better than you . "
30 Minutes later we arrived at the house . Jhene and I ran up the stairs to our room . Earl , Tyler , and Taco tried following us , but we shut the door on their face .
Earl ; -Through the door- " Man , we just wanna talk open the door Amarie . "
Me ; " I don't like lightskins in my room , sorry . " -laughing-
Tyler ; " Yes Bitch ! I'm black . Open the door . "

I opened the room door . I stared at Tyler for a minute and started busting up laughing , I shook my head and went to Hodgy's room .
I opened his door , Left Brain looked at me and then back at Hodgy .
LB ; " You got this . "
He dapped Hodgy , and smiled at me . Frank and Jasper dapped him too , then the three of them left to my room .
- Hodgy POV -
Shit , I got her to herself . This is my chance . I was sitting on the floor with my back on my bed . Jhene came around me , sat on my bed , and started touching my hair .
Jhene ; " What was that all about ? "
Me ; " Nothing ... "
Boys outside of the door ; " QUIT LYING HODGY . "
Me ; " Leave me alone faggots ! " I laughed and so did Jhene .
I turned around and starred in Jhene's light brown eyes . She starred back at me . I leaned in to kiss her and she leaned in too . In a few second her soft lips were attached to mine , she kissed me back . She pulled away and I opened my eyes ...
