3rd POV

Solar got into Castiel's room when she heard yelling. "What's going on?" She asked Meg then cut the angel's hand with an angel blade. "Where did you get that-"

Ellis growled as he got in front of Meg. The Angel backed up instantly. He barked and she backed off. Suddenly there was a rustle of wings and everyone saw Castiel.

He smiled.

"Castiel?" One of them asked. "Hi." Castiel spoke.

"You're alive." The man said. "You." Hester growled. Solar watched scared. "You smote thousands in heaven. You have a big, scary speech and then you were gone." Hester said. "What the hell was that?!"

Solar got in front of Castiel. "L-Let's all calm down-"

Hester punched Solar and threw her across the room. She cried out as her back hit the dresser. She clutched her side and Ellis yelped and ran to her. He whimpered.

Solar started to whimper in pain.

"Solie." Castiel whispered. "Hey. Heads up, Sunshine!"

Dean hit the angel mark and it was gone.

Dean then got over to Solar. "You okay?" He asked her. She nodded. He helped her stand. He put both hands on her cheeks. "You sure?" Dean asked. Solar nodded.

Dean then turned.

He noticed Kevin Tran. "What the hell is that?"

"It's, uh. . . Kevin Tran." Solar said.

Meg was looking at Solar's side. She whimpered.

They got on the road.

Solar pulled out her phone when it rang. "Yeah."

"Solar is that you?" Castiel asked. "Yeah, Castiel. It's me." She told him. "Cas? Where? Where is he?" Dean asked. "Shut up!" Meg snapped.

"I'll stop talking." Castiel told her hearing Meg. "No. No, not you Cas. You talk to me. Where are you?" Solar asked.

"I'm in some place called Perth." he told her. "'Perth?' As in Australia?" Dean asked.

"I'm surrounded by dogs." He told Solar upset. "What dogs? Do I need to send Ellis?" Solar asked. "I'm surrounded by very upset dogs." Castiel said.

"He says he's surrounded by unhappy dogs." Solar said. "They're chasing some kind of rabid animal." He told her. "Oh. Okay. He's at a dog track in Perth."

"I'm surrounded by large unhappy dogs." Castiel said. Solar sniggered. "Yeah, they're unhappy 'cause the Rabbit's fake. Listen we're on highway 94, north of ST. Cloud, Minnesota, just passing mile marker 79." Solar said.

Solar hung up right as Castiel sat between her and Kevin. Meg and Ellis were in the back.

Kevin gasped. Castiel stared at the human boy curiously. "Kevin, this is Castiel." Solar introduced. "You're one of the angels?" Kevin asked. Castiel reached over and booped Kevin's nose.

He then turned to Solar. "Solie, are you hurt?" He asked her. "I have a small bruise but I'll be fine." She told him. Castiel gently put his hand on her side and it healed instantly.

"Cas, what happened back there? Who were those guys?" Dean asked. "They're from the garrison - - my old garrison. Looks like Hester's taken over." He looked at Kevin. "We were assigned to watch the earth. Often, it was boring. The wars were very boring and the sex - - You know, the repetition. Anway, I was, Uh. . . I was their captain. Isn't that strange?" He asked Solar.

She smiled. "Cas, why are they pissed at us now?" Sam asked. "You know, those racing dogs were absolutely miserable. They can only think in ovals." Castiel spoke quietly to Solar.

"Cas, don't make me pull this car over!" Dean yelled. "Why are angels after us?"

"Are you angry? Why are you angry?" Castiel asked. "No, I-I'm. . . Please, can we just stay on target?" Dean asked. "There is no reason for anger. They're only following protocol. If the word of God is revealed, A keeper of the word will awaken, like this hot potato right here."

Castiel booped Kevin's nose multiple times. Solar smiled. "Can you please stop?" Kevin asked. Castiel sighed. "Anyway, Garrison code dictates you take the keeper to the desert to learn the word away from men." Castiel said.

"What kind of sense does that make?" Dean asked. "He has to tell us so that we can use it." Dean said. "That's God and his shiny red apples." Castiel said. "I can't live in the desert. I-I'm applying to princeton!" Kevin cried.

Solar and Castiel shared a look. "Okay, you know what? Screw the garrison. We need the tablet to end Dick Roman's 'Soylent us' crap."

"If you want the word, you'll have to duck hester and her soldiers." Castiel said. "Yeah, you're in our corner, right, Cas?" Sam asked. "No, I don't fight anymore. I watch the bees." Cas answered.
