(Dani) Erica Do you copy?

I pressed the walkie and tried to talk to Erica. We are all on the top off the roof like last time yet it isn't raining thank god.

(E) Mhm I copy. Y'all nerds in position or what?

(R) Yeah we in position

(Dani) Its all clear so you have a green light

(E) Green light roger that. Commencing operation Child Endangerment 

(R) Can we maybe not call it that

(E) See you on the other side nerds

I sighed and laid my head on Robin's shoulder. We were all waiting until Erica talked to us again and see if shes safe. 

I started to wonder if Max is okay. I know I just met her a few days ago but shes my sister. Even though she is my step-sister, I still count her more as family than Susan. And I always wanted a little sister. Plus she's just a kid and I'm dealing with crazy Russians.

(E) All right nerds. I'm there

(Dani) Oh thank god

(R) Do you see anything?

(E) Yeah, I see those boxes you're so excited about?

(Dani) Any guards?

(E) Negative

(R) Booby Traps?

(E) If I could see them they'd be pretty shitty wouldn't they?

(R) Thank you for that 

Robin said sarcastically. Wow this Erica girl sure knows how to make anyone annoyed

We then heard a yell on the radio. I heard the gate fall as Erica grunts. 

(E) I'm in

I let out a breath and smiled. We saw the loading door open up and saw Erica. 

(E) Free ice cream for life

She places her hand on her hip and gives us a sassy look. We all run down and make it to the small room. There were boxes everywhere and I mean everywhere. They all had this imperial pada logo plastered on each box. 

Steve picked up a box and placed it on the table  in front of us. Pulling out my pocket knife I slide it on the tape. It broke and I pulled out the four flaps. I put my pocket knife back in my boot and looked in the box.

We all peered into the box and saw a metal box with a silver handle. Steve reached down and twisted the handle. I stepped up a bit to see what is in this mystery tube. As Steve pulls it up, many tiny handles were poking out of the box. I looked over Steve's shoulder to see what was inside. 

(S) That's definitely not Chinese food

(Dani) Definitely what even is that?

Steve placed the on top of the other boxes and stepped back. He then reaches inside and looked between us.

(S) Maybe you guys should stand back hm

(D) No

Just take a step back okay

Steve lightly pushed dustin's chest which made him step back a bit. It was sadly no use since Dustin stepped back up.

(D) No 

(S) Step back seriously 

(D) No! No! If you die I die!

Steve looked at Dustin with wide yet loving eyes. I just realized how much he would do for that kid. He was like his rock.  I smiled at the boys.

(S) Okay um Robin, Dani?

(R) Yeah i'm backing up

(Dani) Same I don't wanna die

(S) Wimps

He sighs and reaches into the box pulling out a small tube with this weird green liquid inside. The air started hissing when as he pulls it out.

I quickly pulled Robin and Erica towards me and put my arm around Erica.  Erica looks at me confused but then walked closer to me. We all then look at the liquid again.

(Dani) Okay now what is that

(R) What the hell?

Suddenly a loud thud pulls us from our attention on the green liquid. We all started looking around the room while my grip on Erica tightened.

(D) Was that just me or did that door just move

(E) Booby traps

(R) You know what let's just grab this and bolt

Robin said whirring around the tube and shoved us near the door.

I walked over to the key pad and pressed the open door button. The door didn't even budge. I pressed it again and again but nothing worked.

(Dani) God damn it!

Dustin pushed me aside and Steve put his arm on my shoulder. I couldn't lie and say I wasn't tensed. One of my greatest fears was being locked in a small room and not get out. Let's just say I got that phobia in a not so kid friendly way 

D) Which one do I press Erica!

(E) Just Press the damn button nerd!

(D) Which one

(E) Press "open door" duh

(D) Um im pressing open door

(S) Just open the. You know what press other buttons

The boys started pressing random buttons while arguing. God there like a mother and son. Steve is clearly the mother.

(S) Would you stop!

(D) I'm trying!

(Dani) Would you guys stop arguing and let me do it?

(S) Would you stop!

(R) Just open the door!

We all suddenly heard a clang. We all avert our attention to all the doors slamming shut, we then hear a loud thud. Oh were dead now.

I suddenly feel the floor move below us. It started to drop fast. I screamed and fell into Steve. I bury my head into his next and he wrapped his arms around me.

(E) WERE GONNA DIE!
