(E) Dustin? Can you slow down? Dustin! 

Eddie calls after the boy as we try to stay on his trail, brushing through bushes and branches 

(Dani) When did he learn how to run that fast

I say at out breathe as Steve nodded his head 

(D) I think we're getting close!

Dustin yells as I look up. We make it to the edge of the lake and Dustin being the crazy child he is nearly runs head first into the water

(S) Oh man. You gotta be shitting me 

(E) Yeah, I thought these woods were familiar 

(R) Lover's lake 

(D) This is confounding 

(M) There's a gate in Lover's Lake?

(N) Whenever the Demogorgon attacked, it always left an opening 

(Dani) Maybe this Vecna creep does the same 

(S) Yeah, only one way to find out 

Eddie suddenly makes his way along the edge of the lake. We followed him close behind until he stopped in front of a tarp.  We all stand around it as he quickly whips the tarp away to reveal a small boat underneath. 

Steve and Eddie looked at each other and then made their way on both sides of the boat. The rest of the group backs up a bit as the boys try to put the boat into the water.

(S) Easy. I-I said easy, man

(E) Sorry dude 

(S) Here you go 

Steve says as he extended his hand for robin to board the boat. Robin being Robin decided to use both Eddie's and Steve's head as support and jumped into the boat. 

(R) Yeah, I'm just gonna do that. Thank you 

(S) Yeah, that works too

Eddie then hopped on the boat as he extended his hand out to Nancy as she accepts it. 

(E) Good, You got her Wheeler 

He says to her as she steps into the boat 

(N) Thanks 

He then bows down a bit and extends his hand out to me. Steve suddenly shoots up and grabs my hand leading me into the boat. I gave him a confused look. I Shrugged and walked over to Robin and sat down next to her as I leaned in 

(Dani) That was weird right 

(R) Totally 

We whispered to each other as we turned to Dustin. He was about to walk on the boat as Eddie puts his hand out to stop him

(E) Hey, hey, hey, you trying to sink us? This things holds four people tops okay

(Dani) It's better this way. You guys need to watch over Max okay? Please make sure she stays safe. Keep an eye out for trouble 

(D) You keep an eye out. It's my goddamn theory

(R) You heard Dani

(D) Who put her in charge 

(R) I did 

(N) Compass 

nancy says sticking her hands out to Dustin. Dustin hesitates for a moment and then hands over the compass over to Nancy. Steve then throws a bag at Dustin's chest. 

(S) Hey, there you go 

he says to Dustin as he then starts to push the boat out onto the water. Before the boat goes into the water he jumps onto the boat and sat next to me
