Denwamatsu...
He's...not human, he is a robot made by Dekapan. Dekapan wanted to test some of the sextuplets' DNA in a robot he built, the robot didn't have any facial features or any other outstanding features. Once he added some ai prompts and other smart guy stuff. The robot acted like a NEET alright, just a little advance and more helpful, like a phone. That's where the name "Denwamatsu" came from.  Denwamatsu was then sent to the Matsuno household as a gift of pity of course. Matsuyo and Matsuzō had to make up a story about Denwamatsu being left with other family members, this took place when "Osomatsu-san" was "Osomatsu-kun". So the sextuplets believed them, thinking Denwamatsu was a brother that was left with their aunt and or uncle, which explained why they never met. Denwamatsu began experiencing malfunctions, he started to frequently stutter mid sentence and repeated one phrase again and again, but turns out he had a small virus that allowed him to show emotion...for some fucking reason.
Now, in Osomatsu-san, Denwamatsu is protrayed as the smarter version of Choromatsu, the one that tells his brothers to get a life while he doesn't get one himself (LOSERRR/J). Meanwhile, Denwamatsu offered job applications, and once he was about it get hired into a good paying job before the building "mysteriously blew up" (*Cough* Jyushimatsu blew it up by accident *sneeze* laugh *toot*).
And so Denwamatsu is now forced to live a life as a NEET.
