Hello! This is another one shot story about Maru and Shan's lovestory. Enjoy!

I felt like I'm floating even when I'm sitting inside the car. Sobra na ang paghilo ko kaya nakapikit nalang ako sa sasakyan all the time. Whenever I open my eyes my vision becomes blurry and wavy. I couldn't count how many shots I got before going home tonight.

"We're here."

Pilit akong inaayos ni Maru sa aking upuan. My head was settled in the car's window. I mumbled some words that made him stop moving me.

"Nandito na tayo sa tapat ng bahay niyo, Maam."sambit niya ulit.

That remark made me smile though. His remark of me sounds so innocent and formal when in fact, the other freaking night he only called me by my name.

I moved on my sit and face him on the driver's sit. Pinilit kong idilat ang mga mata para makita siya. The lights illuminated his features making it harder for me to fucos on him. Gwapo si Maru kaya siguro nagugustuhan ko na siya.

"Si Nikki, kapatid ni Eden, siya ba ang girlfriend mo?"

Inaantok na ako pero ayokong palagpasin ang pagkakataon. I don't care of whatever he might think of me. I can reason out that I'm drunk on the next day if he ask.

"Hindi..."

I chuckled drunkly. "You don't have to hide it to me, Maru. The way you look at her means something."kalmado ngunit nagpipigil na ako sa inis.

"If she's my girlfriend why are so concerned?"

Oo nga naman. May point siya sa tanong na yan. Pero bakit nga ba ako concerned? Cause I'm starting to like him! Damn it! At malalaman ko nalang na girlfriend niya ang kapatid ng ex ko? Is he kidding me?

"You're right. I shouldn't be."

I unfastened my seatbelt and move again. Yon lang naman pala sana hindi na ako nagtanong diba? See. Nikki is his girlfriend. I'm fine with that.

"Thank you for taking me home. I'll go now."

Kahit hirap na hirap na akong tumayo ay pinilit ko parin ang sarili. I'm so so done for tonight. But he held my arm so tight preventing me from going out. Napaigtad ako sa gulat.

"Maru!"I shrieked and looked at him.

"Nikki is your ex's sister. She accused you of cheating on her brother. Inaway ka sa harap ng maraming tao at pinagsabihan ng masasakit na salita pero nagtatanong kapa kung babae ko siya. Why do you sound so hurt asking me if she is my girlfriend, Ashante?"

Kumalabog ang puso ko. His words are deep and it holds grudges. I feel like if he looks deeply into my eyes he would know what I am hiding. Why is it so hard telling him the truth? Why am I being so stubborn with my own feelings?

"Wala. Aalis na ako..."

His hold got even tighter when I said that. Nakikita ko ang frustrations sa mukha niya. Like he is going to blow out once I lied again.

"Just tell me the goddamn truth."mariin niyang saad habang nakatitig sa akin.

For a moment, It felt scary to deny to myself that I am into him. Kaya naman imbes na magsalita ay hinila ko ang kwelyo ng kanyang damit at mariin siyang hinalikan. I don't care anymore if I do this cause again I can reason out that I'm drunk the next day. But honestly, I could no longer help it. Hindi ko kayang itago pa. If it's my ego giving me directions I wouldn't kiss him but it is my feelings. It won this time.
