Background: Ichizou Midorikawa is the next Kamen Rider Reigo, he is the successor of Ichiro Midorikawa, he is the A.R version of Ichiro of MHA's world. When he was a kid, he is a Quirkless who been treat nothing like a weakling to other Quirk Kid, but he has a best friend who care for him. However some bully manipulate his best friend, his best friend betray Ichizou. Leading their friendship shatter, Ichizou hate Quirk. One day, when his mother walk after grocery shopping, she been murder by a Quirk Villain, he stab her chest. As the Pro Heroes fail to save her and arrest the villain, he blame the Pro Heroes including Quirk User. When the bully goes far by insult his dead mother, he was angry and beat them up. The school kick him out, as his father bring him to Shocker and turn him into cyborg. He has no regret for anything, and become a cyborg. He decide to show the Quirk Society that Shocker rule the world and destroy it.
