Riya: "Yes mother sorry mother." I got the money that I work up for and went to the shop to get mandarines after that I went home got my camera that my dad bought me before he die. "Hi guys and welcome back to Riya kitchen anyway today I will making ultimate vegan breakfast wrap now the ingredients are 125g can black beans, rinsed, drained, pinch of dried chilli flakes, 2 tsp fresh lemon juice, 40g wholegrain wrap, 20g baby spinach, 1 roma tomato, sliced, 1/4 avocado, sliced, 2 tbsp fresh basil leaves, lemon wedge, to serve this will take 10 minutes to and you can only make 1 serving of this unless you make more this is only 2 steps so let do this. Step 1 coarsely mash the beans in a bowl. Stir in chilli and juice. Season. Step 2 spread bean mixture over wrap. Top with the spinach, tomato, avocado and basil. Serve with lemon wedge, if using.
