Any remaining cult members were completely caught off guard by the betrayal!
Trinity, Enzo, Bagger, Kelly, Billy and Scout, all fought back against the cloaked people that put them through this cult!
Kelly knelt down by Nicky,"How bad?!", "The trap is old!. . .", Kelly and Nicky began to pull the trap apart and slowly it became undone and Nicky's foot was free!
"OH MY god. . .!"
Kelly helped him up, letting him lean on her as putting pressure on his new wound.
"Thanks Kelly. . ."
"No worries Nicky. . . It's good to see you again."
Nicky smiled.
They had the Mayor and the man in the big hat cornered.
"It's over."
Aaron looked at Bagger,"Thought they brainwashed you?", "Nope; They tried, but we played along to try and stop this madness.", they look at the Mayor and the man in the big hat.
"You can't do this. . .! You'll ruin this town. . .!"
"Oh, bullshit!"
Trinity pulled out a page,"According to your stupid book, The Raven and The Shadow Man can't even leave Raven Brooks, it doesn't matter if they have a host or not; They can't leave.", they all glared at the Mayor and his Big hat wearing friend.
"You weren't protecting us; You just wanted a town to have under your thumb!"
"This ends. . ."
Quentin?
They all turned, seeing Quentin holding the doll of the Raven, Nicky immediately felt sick as he dropped it and his body began to shift.
"Quentin!-"
"Nicky!"
Quentin became the Raven. . . They were frozen as the New Raven looked at them all.
Them it ran at them!
"QUENTIN NO!"
But it passed the kids and knocked the Mayor, the man in the hat and himself down a huge cave system.
"AAAGGGHHHHH!!!"
They all rushed to the edge, looking down over the edge.

"Did. . . Did they die?"
Then they heard a loud thud echo from the bottom.
"I think they are now. . ."
The group then turned to Aaron and Nicky,"But you're both alive. . .!", "Thank Goodness for that!", they all hugged one another, Aaron was never kore than happy to be back in his normal body and see his friends again alive.
"How your foot?"
Nicky sighed,"It's fine, it will heal like the other time. . .", Scout smiled,"Does. . . This mean we're free to leave Raven Brooks?", "Wait; What about the shadow man?", right they still needed to worry about that thing. . .
"Don't worry."
They turn to Nicky,"I have a plan. But first. . . I'm gonna need a Voodoo doll.", they all stare at Nicky in shock of what he just said.
"I thought I'd never hear you say that."
"I thought you hated Spirits or anything related to it."
Nicky sighed,"Well, let's just say someone gave me words of wisdom and I know how to contain it.", they nod, it was time to end this nightmare once and for all.

"So; We're pulling an Annabell?"
Nicky nods, he sat in the centre with a VooDoo doll,"Pretty much; Trapping it in a doll will be the best option.", with the help of a book, they had Nicky in a circle of salt on the main road, candles and some instructions.
All they had to do was get The Shadow Man in the circle and Nicky would say something and it would be trapped in the doll.
"Are you sure Nicky?"
"I'm sure."
So they took a few steps back as the sun went down and the candles were their light.

Nicky remembered all the times his grandmother sacred him, talking about spirits and the third eye, and so much.
He could never forgive his family and swore to never be like them.
The group waited.
Then it came.
They immediately hid.
It was tall, lanky and it had some claws or was it just trying to look more intimating?
It's eyes were pure white.
It approached Nicky in the circle, it shifted and vent down.
Nicky stared at it dead in the eyes.
It was something that haunted Mr Peterson ever since Mya died.

"Do you. . . Remember me?"
Nicky nods.
Soon this will be nothing more than a nightmare.
From the distance, the creature surrounded Nicky which made Aaron stand in worry though Enzo grabbed his shoulder,"He should be fine. . . He will be fine.", Aaron nods, he was still getting to how different they all looked and how much time as passed since he transformed into The Raven. . . How much he probably missed out in life.
They all jumped and stood, ready to fight after hearing a shriek of anger!
The black fog disappeared around Nicky.
They ran over, seeing him holding a now pitch black doll.
"You did it!"
"Yeah. . . Thankfully. . . Now to lock it in a case. . ."
Bagger took, throwing it in a box and closed it.
"Need help up?"
"Yeah. . . Please."
Kelly and Aaron helped him up, he was dizzy,"That. . . Why the heck do I feel more tired?", "Probably because that took a lot energy out of you.", Nicky groaned, if he wasn't tired before; he was now.

They locked the doll behind a glass box like Annabell.
The sun was raising and they sat in Nicky's old backyard.
"So. . . It's finally over? We're free?"
Enzo nods,"I guess we are.", Nicky nods, using an old jacket to wrap around his wound.
"Though, I'll have to go back to the hospital to get this wound fixed up again."
Aaron nods,"So, what now?", Bagger sat up,"One thing for certain; We should leave, as many good memories we had here. . .", "Yeah, it's probably best we leave.", Nicky nods,"I have my car, though not many seats.", Billy shrugged,"Don't worry, I'm sure the old cars we can fix and get them working again.", Nicky pulled out his phone, then his eyes widen.
"What?"
Nicky chuckled,"Nothing, just a lot of missed calls from my parents.", he showed them his phone and they were stunned at the amount of missed messages and calls.
"You're still in contact with them?"
"I plan to cut them out soon."
Nicky reached into his pocket and pulled out an old tool,"Let's focus on getting some cars working.", Aaron had his hand on Nicky's shoulder,"WE will, YOU sit and not make your wound worse."
They were getting out of here, guess they'll be sticking together till they have a plan.
