- Liam's POV

This was all, too much. Did Eleanor just ask if the baby is okay? What baby? Was Eleanor pregnant! Oh my gosh, I seriously wanted to find out but I didn't know if Louis would be up for explaining everything. Normally, I would just force Niall to ask, but he was out in the hallway with Amy. She was not taking this easy at all, and I was glad that she had someone to comfort her.

"Hey, uh Louis is she uh, pregnant?" I asked with shaking hands.

"No shit Sherlock!" Zayn said. I think he was a little bit on edge, knowing that Perrie was pregnant as well.

"Yeah I am Liam. Louis wanted to tell you himself. I'm sorry that I ruined it" I said looking over at Louis.

"I was going to tell them, but all I care about right now is that you and the baby are both okay." He said holding back tears.

This had to be insanely terrifying if Louis was brought to tears. The only time that I have ever seen Louis cry is when Amy was born. I know that I probably should keep quiet and let Louis deal with the whole scenario, But I can't help myself!

"Hey Lou, do you want anything from the cafeteria?" I asked trying to sound empathetic

"Uh, can you get some salads?" He asked me quietly

"Yeah I will be right back" I said smiling. When I was walking out of the emergency wing of the hospital, I passed Niall and Amy in the hallway. Niall was hugging Amy because she was still crying.

"Hey Amy, do you want me to grab some hot chocolate from the cafeteria for you or something?" I asked trying to stay calm.

"Yeah I would love that Liam" She said faking a smile. I could tell she was heartbroken and seriously worried. When I was walking to the elevator Zayn caught up to me and tugged on my arm.

"Hey man. Do you think El is going to be okay?" he asked

"Yeah she will be perfectly fine. I'm sure it happens sometimes. Nothing abnormal." I said taking a gulp  and trying to be strong. I was supposed to be the most mature of the group after all. I can't let them see that I was just as terrified as they were.

When I came back upstairs Louis was sitting next to Eleanor and telling a joke or something. I could tell that El and finally perked up after her incident. She was sitting up in bed and holding her stomach with a smile on her face. This is the Eleanor that we all new and loved.

-Zayn's POV

When I walked back in the emergency room section of the hospital, I got a call from Perrie. I fished for my phone through my jeans pocket and hit answer.

"Hey babe. How's it going?" I said as I answered

"Uh Zayn?" She asked

"Yeah?" I asked nervously

"The baby. It's coming" I dropped my phone and walked over to Louis. I picked my phone back up and said

"What hospital? What room? I'll be right there" I said
