Phil's POV

"Where the fuck where you?" I couldn't tell him the truth. I was at my aunt's and she wasn't happy about me being late home. She started to carve into my skin those damned words FAG and HOMO. My sleeve started to ride up and Dan noticed the bruises. "Are you okay?" He whispered. The world started to turn black. I ran to the bathroom. I ran to the toilets and sank down to the floor. The door opened and I couldn't stop shaking. I couldn't see a damned thing. My aunt walked in laughed, "You, FAG, no one likes you," she laughed, "not even your new friend, Dan." Next my dad, "HA. HA. I hated you so much I left you. You deserve it all."

"PHIL!" I felt strong arms around me. The world was coming back, but not before I screamed at them I couldn't, wouldn't, stop until they where gone. "Phil, Phil, calm down. They're gone." The world was becoming clear. Dan was holding me. I was becoming aware of the massive headache, and my thumping heart. "Want to go home?" he asked me. After that experience going home would be hell even though it already is. I shook my head no. "How about my house?" the more I thought about facing the kids, the more I wanted to leave. After I got cleaned up we headed over to Dan's house. I've never been to his house, but it was magnificent. Windows covering the wall, huge gardens. It looked like a fairy tail.

"I forgot to mention my parents are directors for Warner Bros." I was starstruck, but I could understand. His parents were probably never home. "Why don't we go to my room?"

"Sure," I said in awestruck.

"But first why don't we get something to eat."

***Time Skip***

We made it to Dan's bedroom. His walls were littered with posters and awards. No pictures. He had a Wii and Xbox in the corner and games and movies all over the place.

"Sorry about the mess, "Dan said shamelessly. He seemed to not care. We walked over to his bed which was as big as my condo itself. "You want to play Mario Kart?"

"Um...YES!" I screamed which scared both of us. We played Mario Kart until I was sick of being beaten. By then it was 10.

"Do you want me to drive you home?" Dan asked sorta sad.

"You don't have to," I responded.

"Really its no problem," he was so sweet. I just smiled.

When we were driving to my house I was giving directions and Dan was driving.

In an instant the car was coming in front of us. The car was coming closer. Everything was silent. Dan's screaming, the guys creepy smile, the horns were honking. Everything went black.
