Oh yeah. We had to go on that big globetrotting thing to get all the Chaos Emeralds... Only to be beaten to the punch by this dude with dreads that looks like one of Dad's old foes.

Fleetway: *Mentally* Exiled, or something. I dunno, sounds like some dumb edgy kid's avatar in VRchat.
Exeller: No kidding.
Riiiight... Anyway, we've tracked him to the last Gaia Temple. Why's he trying to open a portal?
Sonic: Alright Exiled, come on out! It's over!
Exiled: You're too late.
(Y/n): Can you stop with the over-the-top Darth Vader voice? You're doing the guy no justice here.
Suddenly, the portal behind him lights up... Huh, looks like a dimensional gateway opened by using the maximum energy output of all seven Chaos Emeralds... Now I just sound like Uncle Tails. Dad tries using his homing attack against Exiled's barrier, slowly cracking it. I've got an idea! I pull out my Piko Piko Hammer, which I modified to have a compressed air booster for a little extra OOMPH.
(Y/n): Hey Dad! BATTER UP!
Sonic: Now we're talkin'!
He spin-dashes at my hammer and I launch him into the barrier at full force, shattering it in one hit... The Chaos Emeralds... They're shattering!
(Y/N): DAD! GET THE LAST EMERALD! I'LL KEEP HIM BUSY!
Before Exiled could react, I throw my hammer straight into his head, following up with a spin-dash and an axe kick into the ground. He quickly retaliates by blasting me point-blank with an eyebeam and slamming me into the wall, holding me by the neck.
