ABBY'S POV (still)

Bailee and I were in the kitchen when I heard someone getting up in the living room. Niall popped out from behind the doorway.

"Abby, could you go and get a movie out of our room? I want to fix some snacks."

"Ugh. Niall can't you go get it!"

"Nope. I'm in charge of the food."

"Okay. I'll go. But make sure to get me some chocolate. You know I love my chocolate." , I replied with a smile as I walked out of sight into the hallway.

NIALL'S POV

I searched the fridge for any food or drinks that I could find. I closed the door and looked in the cabinets. I found a bunch of chips and even some chocolate. It was Abby's favorite.

Bailee had each of us a glass to drink out of and was walking to the fridge to fill them with ice.

"So, what's up with you and Abby? Are you guys a couple yet?", she asked with an anxious tone.

"Umm..can you not tell ANYONE?"

"Yes. I won't tell a soul, promise.", Bailee answered honestly.

"Then yes, we are a couple. But I really want to keep this a secret. We don't want anyone to find out. You can't even tell Zayn."

"That's great Niall. She needs someone like you to watch over her and keep her safe."

"Safe from what?"

"Oh..well...from anything that might hurt her, that's all."

Abby stormed back down the hallway and into the kitchen.

"Niall James Horan, I can't find it!"

"Abigail Elyse Higgins! I'm sorry but it's right there in my suitcase. Did you even look?"

"No. That's your stuff. I'm not going to just go through it!"

"Umm..Abby?"

"Yes?"

"You're wearing my clothes. I'm sure I won't mind."

"Oh. I forgot. It's so comfortable on me. It feels like I'm in my pajamas."

"Well you kind of took them over."

"Quit arguing Niall and go get the movie."

"But Abby!", I said with a really cute pouty face.

"No! Don't give me that face. You go and get the movie. I'll be in the living room, waiting.", she shouted at me pointing her finger towards our room.

"Fine! I'm picking my favorite movie then, and you all WILL watch it!", I said sarcastically. I hope Abby wouldn't take this personally. I don't know how she reacts to situations when I raise my voice.

"Fine!", she yelled, trying to fake cry. She was so cute when she tried to act.

Abby stormed into the living room and plopped down on the couch beside Zayn. She nuzzled up against him while he held her in his arms. My face got really red and my muscles tensed. I know he was just comforting her but it made me mad that she would go to another guy right after fake arguing with me. She knew I was joking. Was she playing with me?

I ran to our room to get my favorite movie, Grease. I always loved that movie. I guess it was something about Sandy's character that reminds me of Abby. I guess that's why I'm so attracted to her. She is so innocent. Abby had her first kiss just yesterday and I envy that she waited for the right time and hopefully I can be the right guy.

Of course, I instantly found the movie and ran back to the living room. Abby was seated by herself and had a spot open for me. She scooted over so I could sit down.

I pulled her onto my lap and wrapped my arms around her waist. I started to kiss her neck when I remembered that we wanted to keep this a secret. Our relationship can't survive if we have the world's eyes watching us with every move we make.

She snapped her head around at me.

"What are you doing! We're not 'together' remember.", she whispered.

"Sorry love, I can't help myself."

"Well, save it for the bed.", giving me a wink as she whispered into my ear.

I realized that I didn't have much time to spend with her. They were only guests that were chosen to come backstage. Now she is something way more than I expected. She is not just another fan. She is MINE and she chose me as HERS. I don't want to let her go. It seems like everyone I have loved is leaving me. I can't let that happen again.

-------------Flashback-------------

"Dad no!", I screamed as he starting shoving his suitcase into the back of his car.

Every night for the past year I had heard them fighting, yelling, screaming at each other. I would just lay there with my eyes and ears shut to try and block out the noise. I knew this day would come. The day my dad would leave. He would leave for hours, days at a time without a word. I saw my mom curled up on a couch for days. Not a sound. Not a movement. Nothing. Just stillness.

"I can't take this anymore. I'm done.", he said.

The last words my father ever said to me. I was devastated. He never said he was proud of me. He never said he loved me. All he could say was I'm done.

As he sped away, I sat there crying for a father who would never look back, never return.

---------Flashback Over---------

A tear rolled down my face as I remembered that day. I will never forget the look on his face. He was so emotionless. I quickly snapped back into reality as Abby held my face in her hands and was asking me what was wrong.

"Nothing love, I'm fine. I'm just day-

dreaming. Watch the rest of the movie. I'm going to get more food." I couldn't tell her now. Not in front of everyone.

I gently removed Abby from my lap and went to the kitchen. I broke down right there in the hotel kitchen. I fell into the chair and sobbed. I had to leave her. I knew management wouldn't let the boys take 5 mysterious girls with us on tour. I had to break the news to her tonight. I don't know how but I can't just leave her without telling her why.

I dried my tears and went back into the living room.

"Where's the food?", Abby asked me when I returned to the couch.

"I forgot, sorry love. Do you want me to get you some more chocolate?"

"No. It's okay. I need to lose weight anyway."

"Don't you dare say that. You are so beautiful. Never change yourself. Do you understand?"

"Yes Niall, I understand.", Abby smiled as she kissed my cheek.

It's to bad that I have to leave soon. It's going to break her heart. If it already hasn't been broken before....
