*VHS Clicks in On the screen, a toy train can be seen, along with the voice of Dr. Willus projecting through the tape.*
Dr. Willus: "Log Code, 04113. In relation, Experiment 1417, Cosmo LongLegs. This morning, under Annemarie Berkley's request, I, Kate Willus, will cover for her regarding previous events and in favor of her absence this evening."
"We had to admit Cosmo back into Innovation Lab C. The reasons are as follows: Just this afternoon, we had an incident regarding Cosmo passing out. While Experiment 1222, Mommy LongLegs was leading the orphans to the train for the remainder of the day, Cosmo approached one of the orphans like usual. He at first interacted with the child, but later would faint, landing on the.. concrete floor..?" *Mumbling* "Good god, poor kid..."
*Pages being flipped are heard*
*Clearing her throat* "Um, Mommy immediately rushed to aid, yelling out to experiment 1170, Huggy Wuggy, to board any of the remaining orphans. The Scientists wasted no time getting down to the Game Station to aid Cosmo, which alerted their presence to the other Experiments. In the knowledge of how Mommy behaves towards the staff, convincing her to let us see Cosmo was at first difficult, since Annemarie was absent. Fortunately, with the other Experiments around to offer comfort, Mommy was able to give in.
The Scientists here such as me are keeping a close eye on Cosmo, making sure his faint didn't do too much damage. He does have a light scratch on his cheek... but that could've been from a different subject-"
*Dr. Willus is interrupted by the Head Scientist.*
Head Scientist: "Willus, where is Berkley?"
Dr. Willus: "! S...She had to leave early."
Head Scientist: *Stern tone of voice* "And why did she leave early?"
Dr. Willus: "She had an appointment to attend to, Sir..."
Head Scientist: *Brief silence* "Very well. When she comes back, tell her that I need her to log in to Cosmo's incident first thing."
Dr. Willus: "That's what I'm doing in her favor, Sir."
Head Scientist: "I'm sorry, since when did I allow Berkley to let others log in for her?"
Dr. Willus: "..."
Head Scientist: *Frustrating sigh* "Just finish the damn log, already. After that, get to work on Clara."
Dr. Willus: "Y.. yes Sir."
*The sound of a door slamming shut can be heard.*
Dr. Willus: *Brief silence, broken by a sigh* "Outside of keeping a close eye on Cosmo, a couple of us are making sure that he too has some sense of comfort to ease any anxiety he develops. An example of comfort we came up with is his Huggy doll he carries around from time to time. While this doll brings comfort, we too should be sure that he sees Mommy as well... that's if we keep him here longer than intended."
*Pages being flipped are heard, along with mumbling* " 'One step at a time', Kate..."
