It was near Halloween, your favorite time of the year. You had decided to be basic and go for your average skeleton. You stopped by a small restaurant on the side of town. Inside of the restaurant, there was a man who seemed to be about your age. He had a nametag on, his name was Bob. 
"Hiya, darlin! What can I get you for today?" He asks, his southern twang seeming to ring throughout the restaurant.
You decide to order a bacon cheeseburger with a side of fries and a soda, a simple, but not too expensive meal.

Not long after ordering, you get your burger and fries from the waitress. It smelled wonderful. You dug into your food, savoring every last bite. 

After eating, you paid for your food and headed out, scrolling through your phone. On your local news app, you get a report about a cannibal serial killer who has escaped prison-- Bob Velseb. 

Was this the same Bob you met at the restaurant?
