Summer Vacation ... The best time of most high school students lives. An escape from worrying about your GPA and "am I gonna get picked on for wearing this today?" An end to all of that for all little while.
Time for the beach & summer time sun? Yes please , but let's be real here ... There's gonna be A LOT of Netflix and sleeping involved in this 3 month vacation.
Hi. I'm Bexley Harper , your average dumb white girl. Well that's half true HA. I'm a chill chick I guess with a sarcastic but bubbly at times personality and I think I'm pretty humorous but that's just me. ((:: I have a somewhat tomboyish carefree persona and style but that doesn't mean I can't clean up nice once in awhile. I love the internet, dance & weightlifting actually , may be unusual for a girl but that's me ... I'm just Bexley.
I'm on a road trip to California with my two best friends , Jordynn & Venus. We saved a hell of a lot of money our Junior year of high school together to do this before our Senior year , where we have to focus on our futures and what colleges we want to go to and all that bullshit that I'm not looking forward to at all. We just wanted a great last Summer I guess and we will definitely make it amazing.
"Can you guys believe how fucking perfect it is here ... This is where I need to be , my future is here." I state in awe as we enter the craziness that is LA.
"Shut up B. We literally just got here , at least wait a day to say that shit." Venus says laughing at me as I lean my head out of the window looking around at the beautiful city as the sun is setting behind the Hollywood Hills.
"Whatever ... How far are we away from your Uncle's beach house?" I ask Jordynn who's driving.
"Less than 15 minutes. Do you guys wanna explore the city a little tonight? Get to know our surroundings a bit." Venus and I both give her that "well duh" look and she just throws her arms up in defense. "Hey it was a question y'all. I didn't know if you guys were tired or something so give me a break."
"Internet kids never sleep." I whisper in her ear making her laugh and start to swerve the car a little bit. "Girl can you not handle yourself? Next time I'm driving child."

After we have arrived and finished unpacking the girls start to freshen up and change their clothes before we leave. Me on the other hand just keeps my tie die shirt , leggings and Sperry's on and I take my hair out of a messy bun and ruffle it up a little.
We start to head out and decide to go to The Grove and walk around a bit since it was particularly close to the beach house. We go in and out of stores just looking around seeing whats up.
"Hey there's a movie theater up there do you wanna see a movie?" Jordynn asks us and we all agree on seeing Insidious Chapter 3 since it just came out and we go in and buy our tickets , popcorn and shit and start heading to the theater the movie was being held in. As we start to walk through the entrance of the door I immediately bump into someone causing me to fall backwards with my drink and popcorn going everywhere.
"Well fuck." I say on the floor looking over to my food that is scattered everywhere around me. I'm slightly ticked off cuz like bro that was my popcorn but then again I laugh it off.
"BEX." I hear my friends say demandingly. I look up to them where they are slightly nodding their heads over to the tall guy that knocked me over and waisted my 11 dollars worth of food. I'm confused for a second why they were low-key freaking out until I see him.
"Shit. Oh my god , I'm so sorry." He says rushing a little to the ground where I am helping me up. "I'll buy you another popcorn and soda I'm soooo sorry." Me being the idiot I am , I'm looking the kid dead in the face dumbfounded in awe. This time not with the gorgeous California scenery but with Matthew Lee Espinosa.
"Wow. Your Matt Espinosa." I say in complete shock and happiness. He laughs slightly.
"Why indeed I am." He says replying back smiling.
