"Lizzy you can't ju-" "Hello?" Evan and Elizabeth were at the park when someone suddenly spoke up. They turn around. "I'm looking for my dad..I was wondering if u could help me." There was a tall boy around Evan's height but slightly shorter. "Sure. What's his name?" "Freddy." "Alright. We'll help." Elizabeth said before the three walked off to find the boy's father. "What's your name?" "Gregory. How bout you two?" "Evan and this is my sister Elizabeth." Elizabeth waved. "It's nice to meet u." Gregory says with a smile. Evan only hummed while Elizabeth smiled back. "Oh- that's him! Thank you so much for helping me. I'll see-" "NOPE. Hugs first." Elizabeth said. "Oh..well I don't see anything wrong with that." Gregory gave Elizabeth a hug. "CC! You have to hug Gregory to." Evan stared at Gregory. The two paused as the made eye contact. "Sure." Evan gave Gregory a hug as well. Gregory waved before running off. "So..do you like him?" Elizabeth said smirking a bit. "Shut it."

The two returned home where they saw Michael in the garage fixing something. "MIKEY! CC HAS A CRUSH ON A BOY!" "That's nice Li- wait. HE WHAT!?" "Chill out. We just met." "Mhm. The way you two made eye contact said something else." Elizabeth said. "That's kinda gay." Michael says. "I'm going to my room." Evan leaves. Evan pulled out his homework he forgot to do the other day and began to work on it. "Hmm..." He hummed before spacing out a bit. He thought about Gregory and what happened. The way they made eye contact. Does that mean Gregory also likes Evan? Maybe. Maybe not. Evan sighed before continuing to work on his homework.

'So weird.'

He thought to himself. He finished off his homework before putting his books back in his bag. He layed down and took a nap.

✰Meanwhile with Gregory

Gregory sat on his desk finishing off his homework. It was so strange how his mind immediately went to the thought of Evan who he saw at the park. Yeah really strange knowing they were both doing homework at the time. Gregory put his homework away for the time being and decided to just finish it at school. He went downstairs for supper.

Gregory sat down at his desk as he waited for the teacher to call out his partner's name for the project they are assigned.

'Hold on. Did she say Evan? No..it can be him I've never seen him in the school before. And there's MANY people that could have the name Evan. Like that kid in my math- this is science and not math...'

'Ahh!! What do I do!?'

Gregory looked up to see Evan. As in Evan from the park.

'Shit. It is him. HOW DID I NOT NOTICE HIM BEFORE!?'

"Ah-umm...it's fine. Calm yourself." Gregory gets up and walks to Evan's table. "Hey Evan." Gregory waved. He turns to look at Gregory. Gregory noticed how his eyes seem a bit dead looking. "Hi." Is all he said which made Gregory kind of nervous. "Uh-um..do you want to work on this now or maybe on break or after school? I just feel like I should ask-" "After school would be okay. I don't have the energy right now." "Ah- okay. Sounds good." Silence. Just silence as the two just stood there. Well- Evan was sitting down but you know what I mean. "So do you want to talk or just stand there?" "Ah-" Gregory turned red. "Well. I got to go actually. See you after school." He said before packing up his things and running out of the classroom. Evan couldn't help but crack a smile as he watched Gregory run off.
