"I heard you went to your brother's school.Is my little bro doing okay,there?"

Seok Jin starts to make a conversation between them,after all the banana latte situation happened earlier.

"Uhm..He's doing just fine..Y'know how he is,right? Always manage to get comfortable in anywhere.If you put him in a jungle,he will be the one chasing around ,not the other way around..And fyi, I got into the dorm.."

"Hahaha yeah,right..Wait,what?"

Seok Jin thinks to himself while brewing the coffee beans with his large hands.The smell filled the cafe,warmth from it makes the cafe felt a bit livelier.

"How in the strawberry shortcake she gets into the dormitary? It was even in the early morning."

Seok Jin mutters to himself.

Jae In stares a bit to the space,looks unbothered with Seok Jin quiet mumbling.

I mean, it's something that she heard everyday. Along with some dad jokes. Especially the dad jokes.

She starts to think,pondering to herself.Can she change her life? Well,her life now is quite decent, but is decent enough? How can she pays for her brother's school fees? She manages to pay for this month, but how about next month? The school is a priviliged one,so it will become a bit costly.

Then her grandma. Her old, sweet, grandma also work in a stall, nearby their little home, selling tteokbokki and street snacks. Eventhough her grandma said that it is her dream to open a cute stall,selling treats, Jae In knows, deep inside her grandma's heart, she is tired.

Jae In sighs, while wiping the glass with a tissue. Then she remembered that she needs to take some plastic cup from the store. Meanwhile,Seok Jin calls for a customer,saying the desired coffee has already done.

"Well,sir,here you go"

"Thank you. Where is the other worker? Crying in a restroom,i guess? "

"Eh,why would she?"

Seok Jin asks with scrunching eyebrows,looking at the blonde hair customer.

"Well..Nevermind.Anyway, thank you for the coffee."

"Yeah sure. Hope your day gets better."

"Ouh it will."

The guy winking at Seok Jin, before getting out of the cafe with a cappuchino in his hand.

Jae In places the plastic cups that she got from the store at the counter,looking at Seok Jin's direction.

"Seok Jin-ah, what are you looking at?"

"Well, that guy..That blonde guy..He is quite interesting."

"What?"

"What?"

"Erghh ...That blonde, jerk guy have ruined my morning, just earlier. Seriously,he could just accept the offer that I gave him, but he decided to be a bimbo and humiliated me infront of everyone.That's what you call interesting? "

"He just want to mess around with you..I'm sure he didn't have the intention to humiliate you."

Jae In squints her hazel-green eyes towards Seok Jin, simply doesn't believe the dark ebony head. Leaning in to Seok Jin evenmore.

She knows the statusque man doesn't believe about how important the first impression of someone, but this is too much.

Seok Jin is gulping hard, his Adam's apple shows clearly in his neck..

"Okay, okay..He is..I just..I just thought that it will be fun if you two..I don't know, being friends? "

"What? Are you kiddin- .I mean, all what we do is bickering..And we just met once.How can you be friends with someone like that? In that situation? "

"That's what makes it more fun.Trust me, you two would be hilarious to watch. And amusing too..With all dramas."

Seok Jin laughs, the sounds of wiping windows appears with his stain napkin flapping to the counter.

Jae In is staring at him, while thinking to herself.

'How can he be a cafe manager?'

She looks around,noticing about something.

"Yah,Seok Jin..Don't you think that the customers are bit low today?"

Seok Jin comes back to reality,inspecting around the Epiphany cafe,his cafe.

"Ouh, right."
