Makai woke up this morning ready to fill his day with positive energy. He got out of bed and did his morning routine. Then he got dressed for his Nike meeting. He made a milkshake with fresh fruit like strawberries, blueberries, bananas, and kiwis. He put his milkshake in a cup and went to his car.

He got to the Nike headquarters and pulled into the garage. When he got inside the building he went to the front desk.
"The Ceo is waiting for you in his office Mr. Makai Aiko." The front desk lady said. He walked to his office and knocked on the door. The door opened and it was about two men with the ceo. "Glad to have you here Mr. Makai." The man said.
"Thanks for having me." Makai said with a smile.
The ceo talked to him about the deals and perks for having a Nike contract. He will get 10% royalties on his customized shoe sales, free Nike shoes, and get paid to be in commercials.
Makai's Nike deal was a 2 year-5 million dollar contract. He signed the contract after reading all the terms and agreements. He shook the CEO's hands and left. Makai had left and went to the stadium because practice starts early today. The lakers first game is a week from now. So far coach thinks there good to play the warriors.
When Makai made in to the locker room AD stopped him. "Aye we're going to a party after this wanna come?" He asked and Makai said "yeah sure."
Makai needed to get out the house and do something fun. He hasn't partied since he was drafted which was like 5 months ago.
The team had did some drills and after that coach called for a scrimmage game again. When practice was over Makai went home and got ready for the party he was invited to.
He took a shower and got dressed. Then went to the party at a night club. He wasn't dressing fancy or anything. It was just going to a night club party that's it.
When he arrived he found AD and the team. They all were having fun drinking. Makai had went to the restroom and when he came out a girl was waiting for him. "Hi daddy you gonna take me home?" She asked rubbing her hand on Makai's private area. He pushed her off of him and left the club.
That really made him mad and that's why he really doesn't go to clubs. There always that weird ass bitch wanting to touch on him likes he's for everybody. If it was the other way around then everyone would get on the guy for touching on women without permission. He didn't like that so he went home and took a shower. After his shower he fell asleep.
Tomorrow is his first media interview and kinda didn't want to go but he had to. Makai hopes the media doesn't ask weird or offensive questions that will make him mad.

Makai woke up around 12pm ready to see what the day has for him. He did his routine and put on some clothes for the day.
He drove to the stadium for his interview. Today he had practice so he did interviews and practice at the same time.
Makai sat down at the interview table and answered some questions.
"How does it feel to be in the NBA?"
"It feels normal. Nothing bad but somethings good to me."
"Are you ready for the season to start?"
"Most definitely ready for that."
"How does it feel to be starting point guard?"
"Oh I didn't even know I was point guard coach was probably gonna tell me that later."

After the interview coach called Makai to his office. "Makai your the new starting point guard for the team. I hope your up for it." He stated and Makai nodded.
"Good now get some rest we have 1 day left to practice for the warriors.
