Today is game day and all day Makai has been in is backyard on his basketball court practicing. He's trying to avoid everybody at the moment. Everyone is trying to get a hold of him but he doesn't feel like talking to them. He just wants it be by himself right now.
He got back inside his house and got dressed for his game. It's away so he has to leave early and get on the team bus. After getting dressed he left with his Tesla keys in his hand.

As he drove down the street, He blasted some of his homeboys music. He was playing "I Heard" by Nba Youngboy.
"I heard this say I was pussy. I say don't try me for nothing."
He got to the stadium and got in the team bus. They were happy to see him and he put on a smile like everything was ok.
"So how you feel about having your first NBA game." LeBron asked.
"Shit it feel good." Makai answered and they all got hyped.
𝑯𝑶𝑼𝑹 𝑳𝑨𝑻𝑬𝑹
The Lakers had arrived at the Chase Center stadium. They got off the bus and went to the guest locker room. The men got dressed into their lakers basketball uniform. Makai had seen some naked men but he just rubbed it off even though he was into men he didn't like looking at them all weird.
After they got dressed all players ran out on the court to warm up. When Makai did a light jog to the court he made eye contact with a handsome lightskin boy from the other team. They both smiled at each other and warmed up for their both first NBA game.
Makai had shot some three's and mid range shots as the stadium got full. The buzzer had sounded and both team went to their bench. They announced the Lakers starting line up.
"Give it up for Rookie fresh from Florida A&M University MAKAI AIKO." The announcer said and the stadium cheered even though they weren't at home.
He did a handshake with LeBron and got ready for the game. The warriors started getting announced and Makai knew almost everyone on the team.
"And last but not least your rookie from university of Michigan JORDAN POLLLEEEEE!!" The crowd cheered for him loudly. The stadium almost shook the way they cheered for him. He looked at Makai and smiled again.
They had got to there position for the tip off. Makai was ready and his main goal was win this game and prove himself that he belongs.
The ball had got tipped and the lakers got ball first so Makai dribbled the ball down the court. He had Poole guarding him. Makai was trying shake him off but he couldn't so he passed the ball to the open man which was LeBron and he drove to the hoop and dunked it.
LeBron and Makai high fived and got back down the court to play defense. Poole had the ball Makai was guarding him good. "OPEN MAN RIGHT THERE." Poole coach yelled. Makai seen the open man and Jordan tried passing it to him but Makai stole it and ran down the court.
He did euro step and scored the basket.

The first quarter was over and the score was very close.

The warriors were winning so far and Coach wasn't to mad but he's about to get mad because we aren't defending good enough.
"Makai your back in and I need your main priority is to shoot the ball like you always do." Coach said and he nodded.
"Alright LETS GO GUYS." Coach yelled getting everyone hyped.
Makai dribbled the ball down the court ready. The lakers were doing a play. Makai got a screen from Davis and ran to the left corner. LeBron passed the ball to him and he shot a corner 3. It went in and he ran down the court ready to play defense. Makai has 19 points in the second quarter. He has the most points than anyone playing the game.
Stephen curry was dribbling the ball down the court and Makai was guarding him. He knows how Steph curry plays so he had to be careful with guarding him because you look away for one second he would have already scored on you.
Draymond Green screened for curry and Makai went around it and blocked Curry's shot from the 3 point line.

It was currently the last few seconds of the game and it's safe to say the Lakers won the game. The score was 84-99. The buzzer had sounded and Makai was about to go to the locker room when Poole had stopped him.
"Aye you did good out there. Wanna shoot some hoops one day?" Poole asked with a smile.
"Yeah sure." Makai replied and they dapped each other up. Poole went to the locker room while Makai had a interview.
"So Makai you scored 35 Points on you first professional basketball game. What motivated you tonight?"
"I motivated myself and it will forever be like that it's always good to stay focused."
"When you shot a three you and Steph curry had some words what did he say to you?"
"Classified information ma'am"
Both of them laughed.
"Thanks for your time Makai. Good game!"
"Thank you have a great night."
Makai took off his uniform and got in his clothes he wore and got on the bus. When they got to the stadium Makai had got in his car and left. When he got home he took a shower and got in the bed like usual.
