The night was like any other. Kennedy and Brian were arguing about some dumb stuff like little kids and Rainbow was cleaning the dishes. Usually Rainbow would break up Kennedy and Brian's fights and arguments and talk to them about it, Asking them how they're feeling, why they started the argument/fight, etc. But this time she decided to let them handle it themselves. They're old enough to figure these kinds of stuff out and make it up to each other. Or so she thought.
"Brian I thought I told you not to go into my room and mess it up!" Kennedy yelled. Kennedy was always tired of Brian's shit especially because Brian had always done stuff to annoy him like going in his room and messing it up, ripping his mask off, messing his hair up, and so much more.
"Yeah well you suck!" Brian always said some dumb stuff to confuse Kennedy in the middle of arguments to try and catch him off guard and when Kennedy stayed silent for more than a second to try and process it, Brian would immediately say he won the argument which made Kennedy even more upset with him causing the argument to get pretty heated which is when Rainbow steps in and breaks up the argument.
The two siblings continued arguing, Yelling at each other, making dumb points, and disagreeing with everything they said. Rainbow sighed and just continued washing the dishes as if nothing was happening. She wanted them to start figuring this kind of stuff out themselves because if they don't figure out how to get along with each other, then soon they're going to hate each other a lot and Rainbow doesn't want that.
The two siblings had always argued. They argued every day and it was very tiring and exhausting for Rainbow to have to break up their arguments every day. The fact that they sometimes argued multiple times a day made her even more exhausted. But she loves the both of them like her children and could never blame them for anything.
After a few minutes of arguing and washing the dishes, there was a sudden knock at the door. The siblings soon silenced themselves and looked over at the door. Kennedy was confused as to who it could be and Brian was excited.
"Oh my god is that the guy from the ice cream truck knocking on the door!?" Brian asked with a very overexcited tone.
"Wh- No, Brian, the person who sells ice cream in the ice cream truck doesn't just come knocking on people's doors and asking them if they want ice cream." Kennedy sighed in annoyance. He hated how dumb his brother was
"Alright, that's enough, you two." Rainbow sighed and dried her hands off with a teal hand towel near the sink. She quickly walked over to the door and twisted open the doorknob, opening the door to the dark, wet outside.
"hell-?"
"Rainbow, you've gotta help me. I know this is a short notice but I really need a place to stay. Can I stay at your place for a while? I promise I'll help pay rent and everything! Just please"
Rainbow looked at the person in shock. It was her close friend, Chester standing right in front of her door in the pouring rain.
"Oh my god! Yes, of course, come in" She held the door open for Chester and closed the door behind him. He was soaking wet due to the rain pouring outside and he also looked kinda shook up, almost as if something big happened before he came over.
"Chester? are you okay?" Rainbow asked, gently placing her hand on his shoulder. He flinched a little at the touch but he nodded slightly. He opened his mouth to say something but Brian just had to butt into the conversation like he always did.
"Chester!?" He asked, looking at him in disbelief. He ran over to Chester and hugged him tightly. Brian and Chester have been in a relationship for quite a while now and they hadn't seen each other for a few weeks because of a personal event going on in Chester's life, as he had said.
Kennedy sighed quietly when he saw Chester. Great, the lovebirds are now going to be next to each other all the time. They were so annoying when they were together. They always included each other in everything even if the thing was made for one person. One time Brian was working at McDonald's to try and get some money to pay Kennedy back for a bet that he lost when Chester walked into the building. They both agreed that Chester needed to help Brian during his job even though Chester wasn't hired there. Soon, Brian got fired for inviting a person who didn't work there into the kitchen and also for.. another reason..
He hated both Brian and Chester because they were so familiar to each other. They were both annoying, disgusting, and very dumb. It's like they were made for each other.
Brian and Chester had their reunion moment and told each other everything that happened while they were separated from each other. They told crazy stories and adventures that they had been on and were both smiling and laughing with each other for the next few minutes.
After half an hour everyone got everything situated. Chester was going to be sleeping on the couch since she knew everybody would want to sleep in their own beds without another person added. Well, except for Brian but Rainbow didn't trust Brian and Chester together without a supervisor there with them. Not because she thought they'd do anything weird, She thinks they can do whatever they want with their relationship because they're adults, but because the both of them are very chaotic and cannot be in the same room without a supervisor there. Literally the last time they were out un-supervised, they were reported for trying to kiss the Chuck E Cheese animatronics.
Chester laid down on the couch with a blanket laid on top of himself and told everyone goodnight. Of course his goodnight to Brian was much more affectionate and loving than the others because of course, they're together and have to be extra with their goodnights, good mornings, etc. The others eventually got to their rooms and went to sleep after a while.
