Moonlight shining off her midnight black boots as they clicked when they hit the pavement she walked on. Many praised the ground she walked on and worshiped at the mention of her name. But many also believed that name had died, many years ago she buried it along side her past and all the heartbreak that came with it. A past that she tried so hard to run away from, she ended up running right into it..
Alexandra could hear nothing but her thoughts as she walked through the silent town in the middle of the night. She wasn't quite sure why she was drawn back to this place, I mean she had spent so long trying to stay far away from it. But maybe that's the exact reason she had to come back, and fix what she left behind all those years ago.
She turns back for a moment looking at the dark road behind her wondering if she's making the right choice to face her past, or she should turn around now and run. Run as far as she can and never look back. But, she knew she couldn't, she knew she had to stop running or she'd never be whole again. And from what she has now, she didn't have much to lose.
Alexandra turned her head back slowly towards the town she once knew as home. Her soft chocolate curls bounce off her shoulder as she tilts her head to the same sign that's been there forever.
'Welcome to Mystic Falls' she read aloud as she smirked and began walking further into the town.
The town was quiet, as it had always been. Much like she remembered besides a few minor details. The town was peaceful now, no supernatural existed here like it once did. Alexandra came here to face her past, but it doesn't seem like there's much of it left. Part of her was glad, things were better this way.
She walked past a bar called 'Mystic Grill' , she looks inside through the window hoping to find it open and stop by for a drink, but to her disappointment the bar was closed for the night.
'That's lame. What kind of bar closes at midnight, I can't live in a town with no bourbon.' Alexandra stated as she rolled her eyes to the bar and continued walking.
She made it to the high school which of course was also closed for the night, but she knew it would be back open tomorrow for school, which gave her the perfect idea..

𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐑𝐀 𝐏𝐎𝐕 :
After getting ready this morning with a cuteee new back to school outfit, I mean it is my first day, after all. I was in a great mood. It feels like a fresh new start, just in an old place. A nice old place. Gosh i missed this town.
My plan is to start fresh in my hometown, and part of that plan is to keep my supernatural world out. of. it. at all cost. Mystic Falls has come along way since i've been here, and this new change i'm living for. And since my vampire abilities didn't bless me with looking just a tad bit older i'm stuck in a 17 year old body. Which means, high school!
The only thing about my high school is it will be fun, i'll make friends, human ones.

I walk into school feelings very confident about this whole new friendship thing. Life always been easy to me, things just come naturally. And I always get what I want. And at the moment that happens to be friends, so that's my mission.
As i'm walking through the halls i see a blond and brunette who seems to look stressed, so i decide maybe they would be kind enough to take some help.
'Hey' I greeted as they turn their heads at me looking even more confused than before. Gosh humans are to.., what's the word i don't know just boring.
'Sorry, I'm Alexandra. I'm new and you two seemed like y'all could use someone to talk to.' I smiled as their faces began to light up and completely change expression.
'Omg, you're beautiful, I love your hair.' The blond said as she began caressing my hair with her finger.
'Yes thank you, um I didn't catch y'all's names..?' I said as i pointed to them waiting for a response
'Oh of course, I'm Caroline, this is my best friend Bonnie' The blond who I now know as Caroline introduced. The other Bonnie gave me a small somewhat of a smile and then gestured a wave. She looked unsure of me, like she sensed something.
'You said your name was Alexandra, Alexandra.. what?' The brunette asked me as she put a questioning look on her face.
I was confused on why she was asking me this question, and i could sense that she didn't feel right. But i had to think of a lie and quick.
' I don't have a last name actually.' i smiled at her answering her question
'How can you not have a last name?' She questioned once again becoming more suspicious which I didn't much care for
' They aren't of much use to me, therefore i don't have one.' It was half true, i don't have one now, but I once did.
The girl 'bonnie' began raising her eyebrows at me as she wasn't sure what to say and the once jolly blonds smile had faded into a blank expression. Both girls were becoming unsure and i could sense that. Bonnie began whispering to Caroline, luckily this is what vamp hearing is for.
'We need to get out of here Care, we need to talk with the other where there aren't so many hears around' She said the last bit as she began to look back at me and I stopped listening.
'Well it was nice meeting you, hope to see you around soon!' Caroline exclaimed as she grabbed her friend by the arm and began to walk away quickly, leaving me behind.
oops first impression didn't go so great. Something strange about them. Which is now on my bucket list of things to do. I guess this town isn't quite as peaceful as it had originally thought..
