Meerabs pov

I have lost my mind. I feel so betrayed, how can murtasim even do this to me? I trusted him. Why am I even running like this?

Clouds thundering

I slow down as some rain drops fall on me. It starts to rain, I look up at the sky and let the rain drops hit my face when all of a sudden murtasim pulls me towards him. His eyes. It's dark here, i have no idea where I am but I know I am safe because he's with me.

"Meerab listen please, I did not know that was haya please trust me I thought it was you. I got this chit saying come to the room, I am meerab" he was out of his breathe

The image of haya hugging murtasim comes back and it hurts like crazy "where is the chit you're talking about?"

Murtasim checkes his pockets where, well obviously he doesn't find that chit.
"I think I threw it away but I promise i will find it and show it to you"

"Murtasim, you want me to believe you? When you yourself don't believe me?" It's raining heavily and all that happened in the last few days is too much to handle. "You never trusted me with anything, did you?" tears were running out from my eyes like crazy." You didn't let me explain about all that Me making Maryam run away? You seeing me with rohail in that cafe and misunderstanding when all we were doing were talking. Like friends" I was screaming at this point and the tears coming out werent any help. "Murtasim you never trusted me how am I supposed to trust you?"

"Meerab, I love you more than anything else in this world. Seeing you with rohail was a punch to my dignity, my honour." I laughed wiping away my tears when it was of no use because both of us were soaking wet because of the rain. "And me seeing you with haya,  who do you think you are murtasim khan? Your dignity. Your pride. Bullshit!  Don't women have feelings? Don't women feel insulted seeing there husband being hugged by another woman without them doing anything about it? You, murtasim khan are a coward" I say this punching his chest and crying . He lets me punch him and take it all out on him.
" I am sorry meerab, really. I didn't want to hurt you. What you are saying is all right. I am a coward, I am a human filled with flaws but trust me when I say I try to humble myself before you." He speaks " meerab, you are really precious to me, I will do anything for you. Please have faith in me. Trust me please"
