Sugarcoated Reality (Taoris) [Completed]

Prison

Yifan tried new ways to punish those who imprisoned him for a crime he did not commit. His hiding skills were great. He could troll the police like an expert. While Yifan was in this prison, Tao was imprisoned in his house. His father made all the efforts to disturb him. He said that he wanted to make amends, which clearly was a lie. Both Tao and Yifan were waiting to be released from there respective prisons.
Tao grabbed his jacket stepped out of the house.
His dad asked from the front porch, "Where do you think you are going?"
"It's none of your business."

Tao went to the traditionally styled house where Yifan first embraced him. The man living there was watering the plants in his garden. Tao just walked in without saying a word.

The man asked, "May I know, who you are?"

Tao quietly went to the living room and fell asleep.

The man smiled, confused.

Suddenly, his wife entered. She was shocked to see a stranger sleeping on the sofa in their living room.

She asked, "Who is that boy?"

The man chuckled, "I don't know."

"I'll wake him up."

The man grabbed his wife's shoulder to stop her, "Let him sleep. He seems peaceful."

An hour later....

Tao woke up. After so many weeks, he had got some peaceful sleep. He felt thankful to couple residing in that house. A normal person wouldn't let a total stranger sleep on their sofa just out of the blue. These people were really nice.

Tao bowed ninety degrees to express his gratitude towards the couple.

The police was done with Yifan. He was finally released from the prison.

Meanwhile at Tao's house, Tao prepared his bed to sleep. His father entered his room.
"Son, what kind of a person is Yifan?"

Huang Xian Hua definitely did not deserve to address Tao "son."

"He is a nice person."

"Did you fall in love with him?"

Tao blushed with embarrassment at this question.

"So, you aren't straight?", Xian Hua was furious.
"......"

"How can you fall in love with another guy?"

Tao started sobbing.

"Is this the way I raised you?"

The man slapped his son. Tao felt the blow so hard on his face, that fell on the floor. Never had he felt so alone. Life really was a prison for him. He couldn't even fall in love according to his choice.

Tao couldn't take it anymore.

He cried in agony, "Yes, I'm gay and I fell in love with another guy named Wu Yifan!"

Xian Hua was shocked to see his son step up for himself.

"I'm not ashamed of it!"

Xian Hua's jaw dropped.

"I need love and respect. I'm not a thing that you can play with when you are angry! Yifan gave me the love and respect I was deprived of eversince my mother died!"
