Elizabeth Afton. She was the second and also the middle child of the Afton Family. Elizabeth was loved by her father which was William Afton, the founder of the Freddy Fazbear Franchise.
One day, Elizabeth went with her father to the restaurant "Circus Baby's Pizza World". She always wanted to go to an animatronic called "Circus Baby". She was the main attraction of the restaurant.
However, one time while William was working, Elizabeth sneaked out to Circus Baby. After a time, she was alone with her. Elizabeth asked for ice cream because Circus Baby can serve ice. The problem was that William programmed Circus Baby so she would kill kids if she was alone with them and so Elizabeth was. The moment she got the ice cream, Circus Baby's stomach opened and killed Elizabeth. From that moment on, the soul of Elizabeth is stuck in Circus Baby.
All of that you can see in the end of the mini game where Circus Baby collect cupcakes and serve them the kids. If you finished the mini game, Circus Baby stand in front of a little girl who is Elizabeth Afton. When Elizabeth comes near her she gets killed.
All in all, the death of Elizabeth Afton was the first death in the Afton story.
