it had been a week, and it seemed bakugou and kirishima only grew closer together. kirishima and bakugou have hugged and held hands, but that was it. their first and only kiss -so far- was their wedding day.

they stayed in the bakugou castle, but kirishima seemed a bit down. this caused the blond to frown and walked towards his husband. he was staring at the pond in the giant garden, his eyes scanning the pond. as if he were a predator ready to pounce on his prey.

bakugou could watch kirishima all day, but seemed it would be best if he didn't. he had to make his presence known.

the explosive male gave kirishima a behind hug. his arms going over his waist, burying his head in kirishima's shoulder. his calloused hand grabbed kirishima's hand, the red haired male's hand was softer to the touch.

kirishima cocked his head, smiling at the blond who was using his body to shield himself from the world. kirishima couldn't help but chuckle a bit, his free hand playing with the soft blond spikes that seem to stand up on their own.

he figured that out four days in, each morning when he woke up, bakugou was awake before him. he assumed the blond had already spiked his hair up before kirishima could see it. then, one morning, after they had a late night talk because they couldn't sleep, kirishima woke up before bakugou.

he kissed the side of bakugou's head, then grabbed his scarred hands. frowning at the markings, rubbing his thumb over it and kissing them. kirishima hated scars, only because he has a few of his own.

he wrapped his body around bakugou, holding onto him like he was a pot of gold. he was protective and possessive. at first, he was a bit angry at the arranged marriage, he felt as if fire was leaving his mouth and smoke leaving his nostrils from it. then, he saw the blond, and he couldn't help but make the male his treasure.

when bakugou woke up minutes after that, kirishima tried to hide his laugh as the blond rubbed his eyes groggily. his hair spiked out around him and a bit of drool cascading his chin. it was such an adorable sight that kirishima couldn't help but coo and kiss his cheek.

bakugou -who of course can't handle affection and compliments like a normal person- smacked his arm. his cheeks as red as kirishima's dyed hair, as the slightly taller male only laughed.

kirishima was pulled out of his memories when bakugou flicked his forehead. the strong male saw a scowl on the blonde's face. kirishima was now confused, an embarrassed smile littered the red haired male's face. bakugou's scowl was replaced with a deadpanned expression.

"were you even listenin' to me?!" bakugou raised his voice.

"sorry, sorry." kirishima fully turned to bakugou and patting his head. he then hugged the shorter male, kissing the top of his hair before smoothing it down. bakugou visibly relaxed, hugging him back and sighing into kirishima. both smiling. "what did you say, kat?" he asked quietly, not wanting to ruin the atmosphere they had.

"i didn't say nothing, i asked a question dumbass!" kirishima only laughed, leave it to bakugou to say something like that. before kirishima could correct himself, bakugou carried on, not giving him enough time to say anything or think about anything else. "i wanted to know what was on your mind?"

kirishima gave a bitter, sad smile. when bakugou looked up, kirishima changed it to his normal smile.

"it's nothing, okay?" bakugou frowned at his response. kirishima sighed, "just missing home a bit. i want to be able to bring our kingdoms into one."

bakugou's face contorted into realization. here kirishima was, in a kingdom he knows nothing about. sacrificing his own time and schedule for bakugou. he scolded himself for being ignorant and selfish.

"how about this, we can visit your kingdom. let people know about us, and afterwards we can come up with ways to get them in one kingdom safely. whether it be in mine or yours, but we can discuss all that once you get in a better mood."

kirishima seemed to brightened at that, "what a great idea kat!" no matter how many times bakugou heard that, he would still blush at the shortened part of his first name. "i don't know why i was so worried to begin with! let's go make the arrangements right now! of course, our guards are having to come with us."

bakugou smiled at his eagerness. kirishima was truly a happy sunshine person in bakugou's eyes, and on days or small instances -like earlier- where kirishima began to show a bit of the moon instead. bakugou will jump in and be his sun until he was ready.

bakugou was being dragged into the castle, their bodyguards that kept a safe distance away for their privacy trailing behind them. shinsou and todoroki were very confused, they had to pick up their pace to keep up with kirishima's hold on their pirnce. but to midoriya and denki it was like a stroll in the kingdom. they had no trouble in keeping up.

shinsou and todoroki glanced at each other, their guard instincts going haywire. like something wasn't right with those three, but they were good people. todoroki instantly got close to midoriya and shinsou to denki. they were good people, so what was this gut feeling that something wasn't right?

they decided to worry about that later. as soon as they entered the ballroom, where mr. and mrs. bakugou were dancing to no music, they could see bakugou getting ready to shout and interrupt their time.

kirishima threw a hand over his mouth, smiling at him and letting him know he would take care of it. he let go of bakugou's hand and walked in the big ball room. the two adult's knew they were there, but choose to continue to dance. and even if they didn't, they would surely hear kirishima's footsteps.

"mr. and mrs. bakugou." kirishima quietly -but firmly- said as he cleared his throat.

the two stopped, mitsuki looked at him and grinned. grabbing his shoulders and looking him dead in the eyes.

"please dear, call us mom and dad. we are your in-laws now."

"or, whenever you're ready, son." masaru kindly said, his voice soothing everyone in the room.

kirishima gave a big toothy grin, the very first grin bakugou saw when seeing him. it was a grin he used to get whatever he wanted, trying to win over people. kirishima liked to think his grin was what made bakugou so intrigued, and he isn't wrong.

"i was wondering if katsuki and i can try and visit my kingdom? of course we will take our guards, but we wanted to see if it was okay with you guys? we'll be in my castle, so my parents will be there. and then hopefully, we can start forming meetings and plans to merge our kingdoms into one instead of two separate kingdoms."

"what a wonderful idea! of course, we grant our permission. we ask that you take a few of our bodyguards as well, we want the extra protection in case the dragon's show."

"of course ma'am, thank you ma'am."

kirishima was a very respectful person. he wouldn't allow anyone to disrespect his friends and family, and now the bakugou's since they are now his second family. but something was crawling at the back of his mind, just how well did he know bakugou. and just how well did bakugou know him?

no matter, he got permission to leave with bakugou, he was going to make the most out of their vacation time. the most out of his stay in sharp kingdom.

kirishima could almost smirk at the thought.

instead, he grabbed bakugou's hand and they left the ballroom. going to his room to find something to do before dinner was ready.
