Chapter 1

3rd Person POV:

    With two hours to go before showtime the members of Stray Kids were laying around their dressing room doing their own things when a phone started ringing. Seungmin realized it was his phone and rushed to get it. "Hello?" Seungmin answered, not looking at the caller ID. "Hey namdongsaeng (little brother)!" Seungmin heard the voice of his older brother, Dae, through the phone making him break out in a large smile. "Hyeong (big brother)!"Seungmin shouted in excitement, scaring his bandmates with how loud he was. "Are you happy to hear from me?" Dae asked with light hearted sarcasm. "Of course! We haven't been able to do more than send a few texts random for months." Seungmin said like it was the most obvious thing in the world.

    "Yeah, I'm sorry about that. Between becoming captain of the team, having my best teammates injured, and trying to stay in the running for our titles I haven't been able to stay in contact with anyone." Dae apologized and explained. "I'm sorry the last few months have been hard on you but it is great that they named you captain. Did you win the titles though?" Seungmin questioned. "We won both the champions league and league 1 titles. Victories all around. How about you though? How is your tour going?" Dae asked, wanting to know about what's going on in his little brother's life. "The tour is going amazing! The arenas are bigger than last time and the fans have been doing really cool fan projects at some of the shows too. I can't believe all of the support we have been getting." Seungmin said happily. "Oh yeah! I saw one of the fan projects on tiktok. The fans wrote on paper airplanes, right?" Dae said, trying to see if he remembered correctly. "Yeah! That was our fans with the paper airplanes." Seungmin exclaimed, happy his brother had tried to stay up to date on him.

    "I do have news to share with you also." Dae said. "What?" Seungmin asked, wondering what his brother could be up to now. "Well, along with being named captain at PSG I am being announced as captain of the national team too. Meaning I need to be back in Seoul earlier than usual. So instead of staying in Paris for a month I will only be staying for two weeks since I have to do some extra press before the rest of the team returns to start training." Dae explained. "You'll be back in Seoul early? We will be back in a week too! Does that mean we can see each other since you will only be doing some press?" Seungmin asked hopefully. With Seungmin touring more and Dae's schedules for both teams the two brothers hadn't seen each other face to face in almost three years, only being able to call, text, and once in a blue moon facetime when they both managed to be alone. "Yes, that means we can see each other again!" Dae said excitedly. "That's awesome! I can't wait! We have to plan on when we will meet up once you get back." Seungmin yelled once again scaring his bandmates again. "Definitely!" Dae yelled the same way Seungmin had.

    "Guys, it's time to start getting ready!" one of the stylists yelled to get everyone to start moving. "I guess I gotta go get ready for the show." Seungmin said sadly, not wanting to hang up with Dae. "Okay, my season is done and I just have to do small things so we will be able to talk more often. Call me whenever you want." Dae assured his brother. "Okay, bye hyeong (big brother)." Seungmin said. "Bye namdongsaeng (little brother)." Dae said before the two hung up the call.

    After the brothers hung up Seungmin started jumping up and down around the room smiling. He saw the weird looks from his bandmates and filled them in, "I get to see Dae in two weeks!" Seungmin yelled to them loudly. All of the members understood immediately. Seungmin and his older brother Dae were both busy with their careers constantly to the point they hadn't seen each other in person in the last few years. Seungmin's bandmates were happy for him. Secretly though the other seven members were hoping they would finally meet the mysterious brother. In all of their years as a band they had only gotten small details about Dae but never had seen him. Bang Chan was the one who bit the bullet and asked Seungmin "Will we finally be able to meet him?" Hyunjin then added, "Yeah! You have kept him hidden from us the entire time we have been a group. We want to meet him." "I'm not hiding him. Stuff just kept happening to make it to where only I could visit him or our schedules made us cancel. You guys might be able to meet him this time though. He will have two weeks of only doing small press events before he and his team have to start their training schedule again." Seungmin told his bandmates before they all started to get dressed for their concert.
