Prologue

( First Person POV - Cassidy )

I stirred in my bed, not wanting to open my eyes. It was a school day, and I didn't want to go. Then I felt someone shake my shoulder, mumbling a "Wake uppp." I opened an eye to see my older brother, Liu. I sighed and sat up, rubbing my face a bit until the blurriness in my vision went away. Liu ruffled my hair, I smiled a bit as I playfully swatted away his hand, "Fine I'm awake, now get out of my room" I scolded my older brother, pushing Liu out the door and into the hallway. I locked it before getting dressed into a gray hoodie and black shorts, then I grabbed a brush and attempted to run it through my hair.

Unlocking my door, I headed out of my room and headed to my oldest brother, Jeffrey's, room. Knocking on the door, I waited for a moment, a smile on my face now. Lifting my head to look him in his ice-blue eyes, I looked at my brother as the door opened. A few milliseconds passed before I exclaimed "Jeffy!" And enveloped him in a hug.
