**Near the end of this chapter contains a little bit of sexual stuff, not too graphic, but I will put a (***************) near the beginning and at the end of it**
Harry ran his hands over his dark green vest, tilting his head slightly as he looked at his reflection in the mirror. This was his fourth vest he had tried on, so far none of them were what he was looking for.
"What do we think about this one?" Harry asked, turning to his Uncle Frankie and Papa on his bed, "Do we like the color?"
"We liked the color on the blue one, but it didn't stop you from deciding it wasn't the one." His Papa said
"I know, but blue might remind them of my school robes." Harry said, turning away from them, "Orange is the opposite of blue on the color wheel, but I don't know if I want to be that bold on a first date, you know? And I don't know how I feel about wearing red...it might remind them of Gryffindor House, which might remind them of Charlie and then will remind them I'm underage to them or- So green. How do we like green?"
Harry was spiraling. He knew he was spiraling, but he didn't care at this point. It was his first date with his Mates, his third and last first date ever. He wanted it to be perfect. Or as close to perfect as he could get.
"Harry, you look great and nothing is going to make them suddenly change their minds. They like you. Not just because you're James' son, but as a mate, as a future partner. Anyone with eyes can see that they see more than just James' son in you these days."
"Yeah Cub. Stop worrying. You will look great." Frankie said.
"What are we even going to talk about?" Harry asked
"What is a new skill they hope to learn? Where would they like to travel in later years? How many kids do they want? Things like that." His Papa said, grinning when he watched Harry blushed. Before his Papa could say any more there was the sound of the floo activating, and it was time for Henry to sport a blush of his own when James shouted for him downstairs.
"You should be ashamed of yourself." Harry said to his Papa who refused to meet his eyes as he hurried off his bed and left his room, with his Papa gone Harry turned to Frankie, "Make sure you tease them relentlessly."
"Oh I will. Go with the green, but wear that dark purple shirt underneath instead of the white one. It'll bring out your eyes." Frankie said with a wink as he stood up from the bed, "Have fun tonight, Cub." He kissed Harry's head then left his bedroom, closing the door behind him as he went
Forty minutes later, Harry was walking down to the bottom level. His dark purple shirt had the top button undone, his dark green vest buttoned and fitted perfectly against his torso, and his matching dark green robe was buttoned at his waist, though he just might unbutton it come dinner time.
His Papa had already pulled out multiple board and card games, though right now he and Frankie were in the middle of a chess game. James was sitting at the table watching them, a glass of Fire Whiskey already in his hand as he laughed about something Harry hadn't caught on his way down.
"Are you sure that's wise? Getting drunk around these two?" Harry asked, drawing everyone's attention to him as he strolled up to the table. James shot up, grinning as he stared at him.
"Well, don't you look fancy." James said
"If the restaurant doesn't have a dress code I'm walking out and if they don't know that by now then they clearly don't deserve me. Mates or not, I'll never speak to them again." James laughed, pulling Harry into a hug that he happily returned.
"Trust me, they know. Sirius went out and bought like ten new robes because he swore he had absolutely nothing to wear." James told him, "They are quite nervous about tonight, I had to leave early or else I might have hexed them."
