As i look at my finished drawing i sigh in content while tracing my finger over the paper where the finished product lied, ever since he came in as the new Spider-Man, I became so fascinated with him to the point i may or not put myself in situations to where i go to where a crime is taking place just to see him in action, am i crazy? yea you could say that, but come on can you really blame me, there's just something about him that makes me want to know more. so many secrets kept behind the mask that i just want to know.
"Y/NNNNNN" my mom yells again snapping me out of my daze..... damn it mom. "YEA YEA IM COMING IM COMING" I say while closing my sketch spinning my chair away from my desk to finally get up and walk to the kitchen where my mom was. "Yes mother, what is it that you so desperately need" i said sarcastically in a British accent while leaning on the table, only to get a shoe thrown at my head, " UH OWWW!" I exclaim while trying to sooth the side of my head. " don't get sarcastic with me" she says while pointing at me while giving me the 'mom glare', "fine fine, did you have to throw the shoe" i say motioning to my head, " now you know not to play with me young lady, anyways i need you to go to the store for me, we ran out of milk and eggs" she says while also giving me the money for the items.
"Ughhhh do i have to" i complain while taking the money out of her hand, she gives me ' the look' basically saying ' you better do it or else your gonna get it', yeaaaaa that look, " okay okay okay, ill do it" i say while leaving the kitchen towards the coat rack "thank you baby, also don't forget your pepper spray its dark out you know how new york is." she yells while also leaning over the table to look at me, as I'm about to walk out the door, " i know mom, ill see you later okay." i say while closing the door making my way to the store.
(TIME SKIP TO THE STORE)
"Looks like he did it again" the cashier says while scanning my items and looking at the tv that's in the corner of the store. " yea, he's amazing" i say while smiling dreamily at the tv that showed Spider-Man, who just saved a family from a burning building, i continue smiling as he waves to the crowd of people trying to talk to him, " hey kid you okay" the cashier says as he stares at me in concern, i guess I was staring for a bit to long, " oh yea yea I'm fine" i say snapping out of my daze while giving him the money and taking the bag from him " alrighty kid well have a safe night" he says as i walk towards the exit " you too sir." I say while giving him a small smile as the door chimes and closes as i leave.
As I'm walking down the sidewalk with my headphones on while walking towards the busy street, i wait till the walk signal says its safe to walk, the moment its safe i walk across the road not knowing there was a speeding truck racing towards me, not being able to hear the crowd of people warning me about the speeding vehicle. Seeing the headlights of the truck coming straight towards me its like everything went in slow motion, one moment I have my feet on the ground the other I'm in the air in someone's arms. " gotcha!" The person exclaims as I'm still in shock of what happened, to scared to open my eyes i tighten my grip on the person who saved me." hey its okay you can open your eyes your okay now" that voice....it sounds so familiar... i slowly open my eyes and tilt my head up not believing who I'm looking at at the moment....its him...he saved me.. and here i am looking like an idiot with her mouth open in shock.
" hey a-are you okay" he says as swings to a more quieter side of the city putting me down as he keeps his hands on my waist... this can't be happen.. God if I'm dreaming.... Please don't wake me up. "Y-yea yea totally ummm hi" ARE YOU SERIOUS FREAKING " hi" THIS IS SO EMBARRASSING. "Uh hi" he says as he laughs at my awkwardness "umm I've seen you around, your the girl that always manages to be around when there's a crime aren't you?"he says while slowly taking his hands of my waist. " ohh you know about that huh?" I say while cringing knowing i got caught. "Yeaaaa, just so you know that's pretty reckless" he says as i put my head down in shame. " buuut also really brave" he says while putting a hand on my shoulder making me look up at him. "But you shouldn't be putting yourself in danger like that, you could seriously get hurt" well its would all be worth the risk if it meant him saving me every time. " yea i know i just really like seeing you, and how you save all those people without fail, and the way you are with the entire community making sure everyone's safe" i ramble not knowing he's looking at me in awe of what I'm saying, i stop rambling realizing he's staring at me without saying a word. " heh sorry for rambling" i say while playing with the bracelet that's on my wrists. " no no no its fine its just umm your cute when you ramble" he says while still looking at me, as i blush stuttering not really knowing what to say SPIDER FREAKING MAN CALLED ME CUTE!! " I-I w-well t-thank you" i say giving him a small smile, we continue to stare at each other as if everything around us disappeared, until my phone ended up buzzing, i took a quick glance at my phone and its my mom....damn it i totally forgot. "Well i have to get home my mom is getting worried" i say while putting my phone away, and looking back at him, I don't know if i imagined it but he seemed to be disappointed that i had to leave but i guess ill never know. "Oh okay well i guess ill see you around" he says while walking backwards, while also hitting a street light that was behind his as he ended up laughing awkwardly which made me giggle to myself. " i hope so" i say while laughing at him " stay out of trouble" he says about to web away. " no promises" i say winking while walking backwards on my way to leave. He ended up giving me what seemed like a smile and throwing me a wink before webbing away, i sigh dreamily as i walk home in a daze not knowing that he's watching me on a roof top with his mask off smiling at me. I walk thinking to my self tagt this is the day I will never forget...the day Spider-Man saved me.
