She broke down in tears. Reading these messages broke her.

"i couldnt imagine being as fat as her. Shes practically a whale LOL"

why me she thought. Why does it have to be me.

She was silent for a while as her phone notifications continued chiming. As she went to go check her messages a new thought came to her mind.
'what if their right' 'what if i am just a fat freak with no friends'.

She found a pair of scissors and cut into her skin. She winced as she did it but it made her feel better. She smiled for a minute or so before she felt tears rolling down her cheeks smudging the last hope of optimism she had away with her very minimalistic makeup.

She thought about what they were saying and started to belive them. The more she sat in the silence of her room the more the idea of listening to them and actually taking her own life. To her right then at 4am in her dark bedroom ending her life seemed rather appealing.

The darkness seemed to slowly close in as her mind wandered deeper into the rabbit hole of self doubt and self hate creating a steep slope that was difficult to climb up.
