Ghost vines are rare flowers to find, usually spotted deep into the forests. When people do find them they're treasured and turned into doctors. They have high use for them due to their healing properties. People think the black flecks are the souls of the dead trapped in them. In reality, it's just the moulded wax of the flowers.
Used for relieving anxiety and panic attacks
Can be used to relieve physical pain, although it does take a high amount of flowers to relieve said pain
Cannot be eaten as flowers, the wax is toxic in the state of petals. The wax causes hallucinations and could even kill a smaller species.
Oftentimes these have been confused as fungi or mushroom for ages, causing a handful of casualties. People soon learned that they were poisonous, and haven't been used in recipes ever since.
