Lenore -

꒰Lenore, the lovely love interest, is 28 in this AU. One of the lower ranking mangers a the company both her and Y/N work at called "Nevermore". She's the manger is Y/N's division of course, known as being disliked by the two CEOs and her overall higher-ups but she is far to good at her job to fire her. 

She doesn't really notice Y/N really, but that hasn't stopped Y/N's feelings for her, but we'll get into that later on. She's also fresh out of a mental hospital but let's not talk about that. /hj꒱

(Keep in mind to some who don't know her that Lenore is a character from the webcomic "Nevermore"!! I'm absolutely in love with her and hate the lack of content involving her, so I decided to make some myself with my horrid writing skills. )

Y/N - 

꒰Y/N, the classic protagonist of most Wattpad fanfictions, the only reason I'm using such a character of course being because, I want to marry Lenore so...fun! Anyways, Y/N is 23 and a new recruit of the company, someone Lenore barely even blinks at but Y/N still loves her anyways and loves her to a scary extent. 

Y/N is AFAB, and will be using she/her pronouns, however you are allowed to imagine her however you please since I would prefer that Y/N is customized to fit the reader and not just be and OC that I claim is the reader. Sometimes physical features  may not fit you as a reader, but feel free to imagine that those parts of the story are not there.꒱

- Merry & Mourn: [These two are of course the CEOs of the company Y/N and Lenore work at, since it is fitting due to their part in the actual webcomic. They are both 32 in this fanfiction.]

- Ms. Poppet: [Though one of the higher ups, she is not a CEO, she is simply an overbearing and slightly annoying manger that tries to make sure everyone rank below her is in order and teaches them how to do their job, even when they don't need assistance. She is 30 in this fanfiction.]

- Duke: [Lenore's good friend and a coworker of Y/N, he's a rather charming person that Y/N both admires and despises due to his closeness with Lenore. Y/N is aware they are not romantic in any way shape or form, but can't help but feel jealous of him.]
