"Need a boost?" Arrolin snickered at the sight of you struggling to get onto the black dragon which had already snoozed off while waiting for you to succeed. "Shut up, I can- do it!" you kvetched, sticking your tongue out at him while attempting to get on the dragon's back. Hey, it wasn't your fault that it was literally so high up and hard to get on without slipping on its scales, just like the first time you met this big guy in the trial of the seven dragons. You still get chills thinking about it.

It was your day off from all the Celesteal chaos, so Arrolin offered to teach you how to ride a dragon... except things weren't going as planned.

After a lot of tries, the dragon finally woke up and gave you a boost. "Alright, watch this!" Arrolin exclaimed while grinning ear to ear at you before effortlessly hopping onto his crimson red dragon. You raised an eyebrow as he bent over slightly and whispered something to the dragon.

Suddenly, the dragon forthwith took flight into the air while circling around as Arrolin jumped up, doing a somersault mid air before perfectly landing on his feet on the dragon, dropping off in front of you. You gasped in shock and amazement, flabbergasted for a moment before slowly coming back to your senses and applauding him.

"Please don't tell me you'll teach me how to do that..." you shuddered in fear.

"Hah, of course not!" he chortled in a cocky and joking manner, petting the crimson dragon's snout as it landed down next to him while you let out a prodigious sigh of relief. "Hehe, at least not yet. I'll only be teaching you how to properly take flight and balance yourself for today."

You gulped, looking down at the enormous black dragon underneath you in hesitation and then back at Arrolin. He likely noticed your distress, cause he was now getting onto the dragon you were on as well. "Don't worry, I'll be riding Yin with you so you don't splatter onto the ground like a water balloon," he assured you with a wide smile and a thumbs-up. "I'm sure Yang won't mind its brother being absent for a while."

You raised an eyebrow in confusion when he sat behind you.

"Wait... don't tell me..."
"Yep, you're driving! Kinda."
"You can't drive dragons stupid!"
"I know!"

At this point, you were trying to delay having to ride and control Yin, the black dragon for as long as possible, but it seemed that Arrolin was quite inexorable about taking flight. "Come on, Second Star Savior!" he scolded, lightly nudging your arm with his elbow. "Or are you a coward?"
