The soul never dies. Lord Krishna tells his disciple and friend Arjuna to do his duty without expecting rewards. The Lord further says that we should ne'er remain idle and should always remain devoted to god. Humans should never forget the give and take relationship between man and god . Man has to perform yagna to get rewards from nature in return. Krishna says that even he ,the supreme entity works , without which the universe would have no peace . Arjuna hears The Lord say that a person having attained the knowledge of the absolute truth can know the difference between work done in devotion or done for fruitative results .
