4 days later :-

( the academy has reached the court with proofs and was waiting for their hearing time )

Monami - Karan aur kitna time

Karan - monu calm down , 4 baar time ke baare mein puch chuki ho

Monami - Karan bacho se milna hai , kese nhi puchungi time

( and they hear the bell indicating there hearing time is here. They go inside and saw Sonia with Rajeev & the kids with police officers , monu wants to run to them hug them but Karan held her hand )

Karan - monu abhi nhi

Monami - but Karan.......

Karan - monu ( sternly )

( monu didn't say anything after that )

( all were seated and kids were taken out of the court because the case is about to start and kids aren't allowed to see the legal things that their parents are fighting for , it could have a bad impact on them )

Judge - you may start the case

Ol ( opposition lawyer ) - your honor , mere client ne inpe custody ka case kiya tha because they are not handling the child properly

Judge - any witness

Ol - yes sir , miss Sonia ( she nods and stands in the opposition witness box )

Sonia - yes sir , mein Mr. Karan Shergill ki ex-wife , mene yeh dekha hai ki bacho ka khayal bilkul bhi nhi rakha jaa raha hai , infact mene toh do-teen baar bacho ko rote aur bhokhe paya hai....kya karun sir hun toh maa na , han jaanti hun kuch issues ke liye mein alag zarur hui thi but yeh nhi ki mere andar mamta nhi hai , apne bacho ko mein ese nhi dekh sakti isiliye mein custody ke liye appeal kar rahi hun ( with a smirk to Karan )

Judge - OK , Mr. Karan Shergill's lawyer any objections???

Kl ( karan's lawyer ) - yes your honor , joh inhone kaha hai woh sab jhooth hai aur yeh wahi biological mother hai joh bacho ke teen saal hote hi gayab ho gayi thi , bacho ki koi care concerning inhone nhi ki thi aur ab inko threatening dene ke liye yeh case kiya hai warna toh she isn't a person to handle two kids being their biological mother

Judge - any witnesses

Kl - yes sir , Mr. Karan please ( and he stands in the witness box opposite to Sonia ) sir inn jesi aurat mein mamta kabhi aa hi nhi sakti hai , joh maa apne bacho ko teen saal ke Umar mein apne Pati ke pass chod ke chali jaye , Jab bacho ko ek maa ki sakt jarurat hoti hai..tab saath nhi diya ab kyu mere bacho ki zindagi mein interfare kar rhi hai...agar childhood mein care nhi kar payi toh ab aake kya hi ukhad legi

Ol - I object your honor , Mr. Karan aap meri client ke baare mein ese nhi keh sakte....she has her own problems isiliye unhe apne bacho ko uss samay chodna pada but now she is prepared to be a mother

Kl - objection your honor , jab yeh pregrant thi tab yeh baat kyu nhi sochi , aur agar tab yeh child chahti thi toh phir inko chod kar kyu gayi

Sonia - bacha mein nhi Karan chahta tha , mein toh time lena chahti thi but Karan ki khusi ke liye mene yeh sab kiya

Kl - mam pregnancy ek esi cheez hai joh without consent nhi ki ja sakti aur agar aapne conceive kiya hai toh I am sure Mr. Karan ne permission li hogi

Ol - who said that permission is necessary , he may have forced him on her as he wanted a child badly
