I wonder what its like, to live in a big mansion, a beautiful fountain in front, nicely tamed bushes surrounding the fence, apple trees around the yard, some with pretty pink flowers blooming, creating a beautiful scenery.
I caught myself dreaming about a "perfect" life sitting beneath the oak tree, does this mean something? Am I part of nature? I don't know why I asked myself those questions, I mean, sure it could mean something but seriously? Why would I think im a part of nature? That's silly.
I stood up, still thinking about that question and I walked inside, the smell of bacon cooking on the stove, I walked into the kitchen wondering what mom was cooking, when I found my younger brother, Samuel cooking.
"What makes you think you can make us dinner?" I asked, not intending it to come out that harsh, "what? Just because I'm only 9 doesn't mean I can't cook." He replied with a smirk on his face. "Ok what ever, don't burn the house down." I said with a wink. I walked to my room hoping mom wouldn't spot me. "Samantha please come here." Darnet I thought, I walked into moms room ready for a big lecture.
