Spencer goes and finds out about Cruz when he comes back minutes later.

"Cruz never officially put his name in for section Chief." He says and Hotch speaks. "Well, somebody did."

"Or he pulled string. Called in favors to get closer to mom." I say and Hotch speaks looking at Emily.

"Emily, you saw JJ during this time. Did she ever mention Cruz or details of the investigation?"

"JJ suspected a double agent. She could have been talking about Cruz." Emily says and Spencer speaks. "If Cruz is working with Ascarie, why'd he take JJ? His clearance level is higher than hers."

"At SWAT, our most sensitive information requires 2 ranking officers to gain access. You guys working here and the fact that I am close to you can be dangerous to come people so its under a locked folder in the system. It needs mine and Chris' loggings to access it." I say and Chris nods. "She's right. Nearly everyone's home information and personal stuff is in locked and confidential files."

"Maybe the integrity system requires the same." Spencer says and Alex speaks. "But when agents are compromised, there security privileges are revoked. JJ's codes shouldn't work."

"If he knew what he was doing, he could re-route the system updates that would render they're security codes useless." Penelope says and Derek speaks. "Where would he have to go to do that?"

"Straight to the source. He'd have to hardline into the servers, but they're scattered all over the country." Penelope says and Rossi speaks. "It would be difficult to transport JJ and keep to Ascaries timeline. He must have taken her some place local."

"Then we need to figure out which server they've hacked." Hotch says before we all split off.
