"Okay that's enough you two!! The fights need to stop." The counselor shouted at us. "You're college students. You should know better." I straightened up and leaned on her desk. "That's what I've been telling him!!" Matthew scoffed at what I said. He looked at the counselor and started talking, "she's the one who always starts arguments, don't listen to her." I glared over at him and kicked him under the desk. He hissed quietly but acted nonchalant in front of the counselor.

"Listen, if you two get in trouble one more time you will get expelled. I'm serious." She wrote us a note and sent us back to the campus. As I walked down the hallway, I glanced over at Matthew every few seconds. I started walking faster and ahead of him. When I looked back he already had his eyes on me. "You're so obsessed with me." I said sarcastically. He looked away and rolled his eyes.

"You wish." He picked up his pace and started walking ahead of me. As soon as I saw him, my adrenaline rush rose up. I started smiling hard and walked right beside him. "You want me so bad." Matthew said. "Yeah, you're right." He looked at me with a surprised face. "Wait really-" I busted out laughing, "you really believed that?" He stopped for a second so I stopped and looked at him too.

He let out a single laugh then proceeded to push me all of a sudden. "IM WINNING THIS TIME!!" He screamed while he ran away. I held myself back up and started running right behind him. "SEOK MATHEWWWWW!!!" My lungs began to hurt and my heart began to beat faster.

I sat in my desk taking class notes. "Hey, did you hear? Hyein is having a party tonight. You should come." Hao whispered to me. Zhanghao was one of my good friends, we met our first year of college. "Mmm I don't know." Tomorrow I had a test for one of my classes. I wouldn't want to miss something so important. "Matthew is gonna be there." I grabbed and slammed a paper in front of him. "Write the address. I'm going to that party."

Hao raised his eyebrows and nodded his head. "You two are something else." He wrote down the the address and slid the paper back to me. "I know he's going to do something embarrassing. I need to be there to see it." He looked at me as if I was crazy. "You'll never understand Zhanghao." I patted his arm and continued on with my studies. Zhanghao laughed, "you're right I won't."

As class went on I started thinking about Matthew. He was the most annoying guy I've ever met. Ever since highschool, he would always pick a fight with me. I never understood why we didn't like eachother. It just happened. Perhaps it was because of his nice smile. He's always had perfect teeth..unlike me. I had to wear braces my freshmen year during high school. WHICH HE MADE FUN OF. Actually, that's why it all started. On the first day at school when we first met, he laughed straight to my face about how I looked with braces on.

"Y/n, class is over." Zhanghao shaking my hand brought me back to the present. "Already?" We both got up and started packing our backpacks. "You zoned out the whole time. Here, the notes, give it back when you're done." He handed me his notebook. Immediately I smiled and gave him a side hug. "Thank you Hao, you're the best."

I started walking away but backwards to wave at him as I left. He signaled me to turn around with his hand and mouthed the words 'watch your step' so I listened to him. Not before giving him one last smile though.

I laid in my bed tired from all my classes. I shared a dorm room with my roommate Miyeon. We've been sharing a room ever since I got accepted. I mostly saw her as an older sister since she helped me out and took care of me. "You're actually going to that party?" I flipped over onto my stomach and nodded my head. "Let me guess..."
