Chapter 2: Layla's best friend

School was finally over and Layla was super happy since it was Friday and she didn't need to go to school tomorrow

Layla was walking home peacefully but then she heard something
"Layla!!"
Someone shouted she was confused who called her name but then she recognized that voice
That energetic fun voice.. it was her best friend Kai!!
Layla quickly looked where her best friend voice came from
"Is it who I think it is?" Layla shouted excitedly
When she turned around..it was Kai like she thought
"Yup! It's me your one and only best friend!!" Kai chuckled with a big smile on his face
"I haven't seen you since..yesterday!" Kai ran to Layla excitedly
Layla had a big smile on her face since her best friend is with her
"I haven't seen you since yesterday also!"
Layla hugged Kai tightly
"Haha well I need to go soon!"

When Layla hugged Kai, Kai blushes a bit but then pulled away and turned around
"Yup, yup! I also need to go bye!" Kai said in a calm tone while walking away
Layla was confused because she was always the one who's leaving first
"Huh..?..oh well I should go home" Layla turned around and started walking to her house

When Layla got home her parents wasn't home but she wasn't too surprised
Layla when up to her room and laid on her bed
"Ah..I'm so happy it's Friday!!" Layla got up from her bed and put her backpack away
"Hm..I should get ice cream later! I'll go take a shower first" Layla thought to herself

After Layla was done with her shower she laid on her bed watching some videos on her phone
Layla then finally got up and got dressed up to get some ice cream

When Layla got done dressing up she ran out the door with some money to get some ice cream
She walked to the ice cream place since it was kind of close to her
