I was so embarrassed at my response that when Ace said something again I couldn't think straight so I ran to the library. I didn't even think to look back until I got there. I opened the door quickly to find nobody was in there so I went to a random shelf and just sat against it. I pulled my knees up to my chest and I rubbed my face with my hands. I moved my hands away from my face and rested them on my knees. I looked at the books on the shelf until I saw one that might be pretty cool. 'Adventures of Superman' is what it was called. I got up from my spot and grabbed it to read it until someone walked in so I sat the book down beside me quietly and put my hand over my mouth. Someone said something after the door closed and I couldn't recognize his voice at first until he said my name. "Ava? Ava where are you." That second sentence made me realize it was Ace. He cares? Anyways, I thought of what to say but only one word came out. "Yes?" He followed my voice with one word and found me. He just stared at me for a minute before speaking. "Why'd you run away stalker?" I looked away and sighed while I was thinking of something to say. But he first thing that came to mind was "because I can". Damn I was being such a dumbass for saying that but I couldn't think so it's whatever or nothing. "Hmm you sure about that?" Is what he said so I responded with a simple 'no'. "What'd you see stalker?" . I took a deep breath and said nothing and then I stood up grabbing my book and putting it back. I didn't want to go back to class so I just stayed here and he stayed with me.  About an hour later or so the bell rung for out next class. I told him to meet me back here at the end of the day but ee had to sneak out of the library to our next class and we went out separate ways because we had a different class. When I walked in I saw those girls from the bathroom. There was a Brunette girl Infront of them so I sat beside her. I asked her name she she said 'Alyssa'. I slightly nodded my head and I looked back at the board. I put my head down a few minutes later but to where I could still see. The teacher said I had to put my head up but I didn't feel like getting into more trouble so I just listened and I started writing with a blue pen. This class was probably my most boring one so I started to draw on my hand. Since I didn't really know what to draw I was just drawing a few lines, butterflies, and spiders, ect.

~ Time skip ~

It was finally nearing the end of the day and it was our last class. I walked in and saw Ace sitting at his desk so I took a seat beside him hoping he didn't remember what happened earlier. It was a few minutes later we were just taking notes and stuff until he passed me one. it read 'wanna talk about it later?' I wrote down 'no' and passed it back without the teacher noticing. About 2 hours later school was finally over and then the bell rung. This was honestly the longest class I had which made it more boring. I cleaned up my notes up, then out then into a binder, then I shoved it in my bag. I took my phone out of my desk and my airpod case disconnecting them and putting them in the pocket of my bag. I grabbed all my stuff and out it on my back and when I walked out I saw Ace waiting iutside of the door for me. "Wanna walk together?" He said. I hesitated for a second before actually speaking again. "I guess" were the only words that came out. We started walking and when we got out of school my mom texted so I checked it. (I forgot to say she gave it back idrk when I was gonna say it but yeah) her message said 'ill be working late so dinners on the stove. They said I should be leaving around 4:30 ish so don't do anything stupid. I love you' all I did was read it and put my phone back and then I sighed. "What's wrong stalker?" -"Nothing. My moms just working late again." - "ohh alright" after the conversation it was just silent the rest of the way so it was awkward. I saw Ace texting his mom saying he'd be at my house unexpected he would stay with me for a while.
